JBL is a great example of simply make good products and people will stay loyal. My dad swore by JBL 24 years ago and here I am 24 years old a JBL lover for life
Awesome! JBL is a legendary brand for sure! What are some of your favorite current JBL components?
“Only 1500”
Went to the junkyard...front door speakers JBL.. Rear 6x9 pioneers all four for 45.00 had a 750w 2chan apm off of Craigslist for 50.00.. Dude..JBL speakers put out CRAZY sound.. The 6x9s are more of a sub like speaker(s) took all day searching for speakers...
That's how much I bought the car for hahaha
🤣😅
Here's a possible comment in American English, following your specifications:
I love how this system enhances my driving experience! The bass is punchy and accurate, and I appreciate the attention to detail in every aspect of the audio. Thanks for sharing this demo!
I hung out with Jeremy with the Harman race team a few years ago at Barber Motorsports. Super cool dude.
I've been super happy with all the jbl products of bought. I'm looking to upgrade my speakers and jbl is at the top of the list as of right now
Let us know if we can help with that!
I bought pioneer speakers long time ago and they suck
While I'm not saying that they were "cheating", the volume change really makes it impossible to take this seriously. Louder sounds better.
"the volume change really makes it impossible to take this seriously"
Correct. You need to match volumes for any meaningful comparison.
Notice they didn't touch the volume control? I have JBL club speakers and because of their lower resistance, they draw more power from your amp, thus increasing volume. So, speaker change alone will make your music louder. Adding the amp, which was the 2nd step up, will obviously add volume because that is the entire purpose of an amp.
Rob Adams I agree with you rob. I was considering getting speakers from jbl. Club 6-1/2 and club 6x9. Are they good speakers knowing you have jbl
@@michaelseman2853 I think they are a decent buy for the money, especially if you pick them up on Amazon, where they are really cheap. Might be worth looking into the GTO line though, depending on your use. I have GTO components and for the price, I think they are fantastic. I replaced my factory Bose speakers in a Yukon for JBLs and everyone thinks I spent a fortune on audio upgrades.
@@michaelseman2853 At JBL we want you to "hear the truth".
I needed this....I have a JBL 1010 sub woofer. I just the door and rear panel speakers with tweeters and amp to make my Audi A5 sound like I'm in a music studio!
But JBL Head Unit is still unavailable
Really good markening., Smart!
Where do I get a JBL head unit ?
My guy is the Alpha M of JBL
facts 🤣 but for real though he is real enthusiastic about the sound and that to me speakes volumes abou tthe product.
Great video
Thanks! We're glad to hear that you found it helpful! 🙂
the guy was clear and said you don't have to do it all at once.
1500 Jesus Christ, people need food.
Nah no we don't
get a damn job then
Feed them then.
1500 is fair for most stereos. My first system i built when I was 15 was around 1500 bucks but I had over 2500 worth of shit in it lol I had a lot of connections and was constantly in the market and got lucky a couple times. I ended up paying 285 bucks for a 700 dollar head unit at the time brand new, the one I wanted they didn't have it in stock they sold out and said here we got this you want it? So I said well yea dude no shit. So I try to keep my stereo guys happy so they keep me happy
Yeah I get it, but as Jesus said when his disciples wanted to sell incense (that he was gifted by Mary Magdalene), *THERE WILL ALWAYS BE POOR PEOPLE* and to save it for his burial.
JBL is not a high end brand but they make nice things so I was just looking at their DSP4086 for mids and tweets, but trying to match it with a JBL sub amp. Sadly I cannot find (1) serious review of a JBL amp for subs - that says something - seems it's for a kid in a big box store, but serious bassheads are buying something else.
Cost me only 240 for the amp and 6x9s on Black Friday, had $200 in credits so only had to pay $27 idk what happens to the rest lol I guess the guy knocked some off too or something lol, my next step is to order the sub, waiting to get paid and hopefully they’ll still be on sale
People asking why 1,500 dollars for the whole system, price mentioned are from 2017 you can get same setup at less price today, these are today's avg price per components (may be cheaper if looking on ebay or amazon):
- 2 pair GX Speakers: $150
- JBL 5 channel Amplifier: $300
- JBL Subwoofer: $250
- JBL Stereo (no longer for sale): $?
You cam get any decent stereo for around 400 dollar
Car audio Tony Robins
We are just hearing it through CZcams so all I heard was that it was louder haha, but still kinda want
I always had and still aftermarket speakers and 2 12 woofers
Are you using JBL?
Stock speakers blow. That's the facts. I have used JBL in every vehicle and man they make a huge difference. Even with stock head unit
Garret Rowe Are the JBL Club doror speakers any good? Thinking about getting them.
I'd choose the Club series if you're not running them on an amp and can use an amp down the line. The GTO I'd recommend using an amp with em right away.
JBL had a lot of headphone models out for a bit.
Little bit of trickery here but I do believe in JBL speakers
It’s worth it. Get it😏
For 1500(the actual cost of my system mostly purchased used from Craigslist) i have DLs 6.5s in the front , jl c3 6x9s in the rear, two jl audio 12 W6V3s a Rockford t1500.1bdcp to power those and two alpine pdr f50s for my speakers
Just one w6 and one T1500 is 1500 bucks
@@drunkenbass6128 this was an old setup but i bought them all used
I'm still debating whether or not to go with the club Series 6 and 1/2 6 by 9 or the GTO 6 and 1/2 by 9 or go with a kicker component Series in the same price range or maybe even eight Alpine which I doubt they have something that cheap

I dislike guys like him when it comes to sales makes me not want to buy anything they're selling even when I do want it.
Agreed. I walk away while they are in mid pitch...
I can do that too, hold my gun it's his job brotha. he gets paid a lot of money. plus he believes in his product. I think u like to argue just because.
i agree
RICHARDFLORES2100 yet you are the one trying to start one hmmm 🤔👎
@@beaverwhiffer27 He's confident in his obviously good product. It proves itself to be good. He's just saying what the speakers can't say for themselves like price.
Hi, I am looking for a replacement speaker with around 2.0ohm DCR (will only need to use the woofer). Could you tell me if GX600C or STAGE3 607C have anything close to 2.0 DCR please?
Safe wishes

Can you help me choose between jbl gto 609c n infinity reference 6520cx components, which 1 is the best choice in terms of vocals

@@crutchfield discontinued but are they worth it?? Specially the 609c. I also need nice vocals.
I need to replace my rear door speakers. My front doors have Bose. Would these JBL 6.5” make the bass sound even better?
Clarity and definition will certainly be improved, factory speakers (usually lightweight paper) do tend to provide bass levels equal to aftermarket replacements. You can check your specific vehicle for JBL replacement speaker fit in the Vehicle Guide link below. Have you considered adding a powered subwoofer if you are looking for more deep bass?

Are these the jbl gx628? If not, what is the difference? Thanks.
It seems these were the gx602 they look alike....but any GX jbl speaker are good
What's the difference between full range JBl sound and infinity speakers?

Will these speakers last longer then any other speakers?
I personally upgraded an Audi Cabriolet musuc project with several pairs of JBL speakers back in 2007. Happened to open the same car for a glass job this 2021 and the speakers looked and sounded like new. I was amazed of the quality and endurance ,so next project will be again with. JBL speakers for sure !
Jbl 6520+ 750t vs jbl 6500c sound
So just volume up
show what you have behind those speakers. is easy make some speakers sound bad that way the others going to sound better

Depends on what you bought
Jbl is my fav but now their line up is confusing. Is the Club lower than the GT. Is GX lower than the Club.

Crutchfield Got it i have GTOs ordered from you guys...but im planning in the next few months to get a another cars..So i was doing some early research.
on
Less then.1500 well now you know why we settle for stock or lower priced sound systems. Lol
All you need is the aftermarket CD/DVD Carplay receiver and add 4 JBL speaker on and you all set because the receiver has an AMP built inside it already , if you wanna gopro and your ear still young add a amp and subwoofer .
my nephew has the jbl 6 1/2 paired to a Sony in dash and those speakers are great. too bad he put kenwood 6x9s in the back.
JBL is #1 Alpine #2 and the rest of the mainstream brands are ok, back in the day I would only use Pioneer Premier but now a days Pioneer is mediocre just like Kenwood, JVC, Boss, Dual, Sony, and Pyle.
JBL is good, have them in my own vehicles, but they dont even come close to Focal or JL
Finally a great stock vs aftermarket speaker sound comparison
also an amplifier diferent sound
Im hearing this sound sample on my JBL flip6 so that i can get an exact idea. 😂 JBL for life 😂
Good thinking! :) What JBL components are you considering for your car?
@@crutchfield a stereo system and 4 speakers.
2x 4" speakers and 2x 6" speakers and a sub in future.
I hope these 4 speakers with JBL stereo provides jBL signature sound.
That should make for an excellent sound!! It not, you may be able to add an amp to speakers to help
I'll bet no buddy even remembers the old speakers called mind blowers that had amps built in the speakers.
because they are past prime.......remember the jvc pc-55 ghetto blaster? thing was brutally loud
Why dont they sell it in South Africa i love it
howzit my china! lol. they sell it at HiFi corp.
I would've expected something better from JBL, but if it's what makes the girls excited in the comments section, then I guess it's enough
can i run them with 4 ohm amplifier?
The JBL GX series speakers featured in this demo have a nominal impedance of 2.3 Ohms so, your amp would need to be 2 Ohm stable to power themFor additional assistance and personalized recommendations, feel free to contact us directly: bit.ly/2jBGHPp Hope that helps!--Crutchfield
@@crutchfield seems the lower ohms would burn up your deck if ifs not rated for that lower ohm
You could series wire the 2.3 Ohm Jbl with a 2+ Ohm tweeter to get your 4+ Ohms. Remember though, they would be sharing the channels wattage. I believe that is correct.
@@Flux_Flow that is incorrect.
I am a jbl fan. There amp aren’t up to snuff to there stadium components.
When you ad the 3 component there Amos fall short.
Seems like everyone’s doing that though.
Still. Good stuff!!
Larry
I have JBL Stadium speakers with JL Audio 10in subwoofers in my 2017 Tacoma. Have Rockford Fosgate amps & an Lc7 with JBL tweeters also. My system sounds amazing, loud crisp no distortion. I highly recommend JL audio subwoofers with JBL speakers. A little more pricy but worth it. JLaudio subs R better than JBL subs trust me.😉😁😃
ive got a jl audio 13w....pounds like a jackhammer
ONLY $1500.00.... right
theres a reason y this man is jbl's front man.
yes the reason is that he can cheat well :D
Looking at the JBL Club 6500C Components with the JBL Club 6520 2 way speakers for the rear along with pairing it with the JBL Stage A6004 4 channel Amp. Then finally pairing it with the Kenwood Excelon DDX6905S Receiver to complete the system. Not bad for the price as it's under $1,000 and I currently have a 2005 Rav4 S. My Dad gave me a set of Memphis Dual 12s 500 watts ported which are nice and fun to use for now. But in all honestly soon I will be gettin an ATV towing it with friends taking camping gear for when at the trails and camping at the weekends next year I'm gonna eventually need my space back soon and the Memphis take up a shit ton of space so when I start throwin coolers and tent equipment portable stoves/grille etc. etc. I'm gonna need that space back and again the bass is fun but clarity is shit so I'm just gonna go with a simple nice speaker+amp set-up to just get the job done not take up any space at all and have great clarity.
Gotta have a system for the ATV! It might get jealous of the Rav4
And then I... AM GONNNNA TAKE IT ALLLL THED WAY... YEER GONNA SAY " WHERE DID IT GOO"----RIGHT WHERE SUN DONT SHYNE, THIS GUY SOUNDS SO BLOODY CHEESY LIKE A CAR SALESMAN!!!
Just under 1500 lmao. Ile buy my own amp and sub
It was believable up until he pressed the 3rd button, its the same thing but turned up of course itll sound better and clearer. Next time do them all at the same audio level to have a fair comparison
When you activate the amp vs when you don’t have one. The speakers are able to throw out their full potential as the amp gives them all the power they need. It’s not just volume, it’s quality sound as a whole!
@@jayenriquez3727 poopy
1500 is a large amount of money for the general public....
Pete N To be exact a full car audio system for 1500 is an accomplishment that sounds good is that you got a factor in everything from zero gauge wire to rewiring everything literally stock car audio is very low wattage but these are higher wattage especially a sub A lot of people forget that it’s not as simple as slap a new speakers in Your doors I went overkill my system cost for grand and it all JBL but then again I have 6 12s A 270 amp alternator 2 batterys six tweeters for door speakers and 3 Amps That’s an expensive system 1500 ain’t shit especially when you can do it by buying every part at different times
Man most modern stock audio systems sound better than that.
It may be the most obvious marketing piece right here but I do agree with the whole settling for stock speakers lark - "WHY?!" lol.
I will keep my Bose thanks though.
Bose home theater equipment is garbage. Bose factory car audio speakers are even worse. They get by on reputation alone because people who know nothing about audio equipment think Bose makes good stuff. Literally, anyone who knows anything about audio equipment is aware of the badness of Bose.
Foreal though Bose is so bad. Their circuitry design is ancient and inefficient, lots of potential crosstalk. Only reason they still sell is because of the brand stamped on and because they sell to car manufacturers at a discounted price but still sell to ignorant consumers at double the price
Theyre like the apple of car audio but even apple updates their equipment
@@robadams2274 this is fact. It's hilarious to hear people brag about their Bose systems in their car or truck. I recently replaced all the door speakers in my son's Silverado with the Bose system and was amazed at how cheap the speakers were. The JBL club 6.5's sound so much better. The only thing that makes the Bose sound good is the little sub under the dash.
@@Dennis-sq2nm same exact thing I did. I replaced the factory Bose speakers in my Yukon with JBL's and it sounds worlds better. I kept the crappy Bose "subwoofer" because I was too lazy to replace it with something decent just for a work truck.
@@robadams2274 from what videos I seen, the sub is a bitch to replace. That's why I left it. Lol
Hear the truth? That the Legend CP100 was a huge flop and then JBL just dumps head units and gives up! There's some truth.
Lol, another "speaker demo" with elevated house speakers to "sound better"
What are the top of the line JBL speakers?
Infinity KAPPA ;)
anon yes Kappa Perfects

My tower speakers cost less than car audio system 🙄 prices are ridiculous that's why people settle for OEM btw it's pointless as it's a samsung aka harman Monopoly "same $#!+, Different package 🤣"
only 1500 is still money is cost alot :)
Not for that guy lol
He just talks like Floyd Mayweather 😅
1500 I'm trying to get great sound for 750😂🤣

$1500 bucks for shit sound? lol
1500 And a brand thats not even good wtf I spend like 700 on my system with a single 12 and I bet my sub will sound better then 2 jbl 12s to me personally people go for skar audio save money and get the best results I promise you you will never come back to jbl
You wanna hear perfect sound , try faital pro audio NOT !!!! That crap .
J unky B ut L oud !!!!
Cant be junk but loud that don't make sense !
get a better mic ffs
I couldnt care less about the highs.. I want to shake peoples homes as i cruise by the neighborhood.. WHERES THE BOOM!!???
Good way to get ticketed....smart
because he's a "rice burner"...
That is easily accomplished by adding two 12" subs wired to the battery with their own amplifier..an easy $200 upgrade. Though if you ask me...that's ghetto thinking at its finest. Somebody who truly appreciates sounds goes after well balanced sound. Plus all that bass could very likely damage your hearing permanently.
Nicolas Salazar - very ghetto... and is a good way to get your car vandalized where I come from..
this demo is completely unfair - a stock speaker system, while NOT as detailed or bassy as an aftermarket job, is TUNED for the car it's in - normally the stock head unit or amplifier has a factory programmed DSP chip in it to flatten / roll off the response curve based on sound deviations caused by the vehicle's interior or inadequacies in the stock speakers or both. A stock speaker is but one piece that fulfills a role within a larger system and thus is TOTALLY dependent on the rest of that system it belongs to and will NEVER sound good alone - Harman knows this and uses this simple demo to manipulate buyers.
the equivalent would be if you sampled a component tweeter against a full range speaker and then used the logic that because music from the full range sounded so much better, it was superior to the tweeter - apples to oranges
so while you may not be getting in a factory setup the loudest system or bass so low and hard it makes your teeth rattle, modern factory systems are still VERY good, especially considering my man quoted $1,500 all in for JBL's BASIC complete sound system upgrade. 20+ years it was a totally different story as factory setups were weak and cheap but today, not so much.
that said, you can't go wrong with Harman products and if you require a level of sound quality / loudness not available to you by the car mfg then by all means, feel confident that when you buy Harman, you buy engineered quality.
Even though the newer car stereo stuff is light years better then it used to be, The aftermarket stuff is also light years better, And allot tougher than the factory stuff. But it is easier just to stay with factory now, But I love setting up audio gear that sounds Great! Peace!!!
