CE LYSE I did once pulled of an all nighter when I was studying for a test of the history of the ancient world while I was in college at Virginia Wesleyan.
Ive pulled off an all nighter for a leisure book on a few occasions, but if it's for school, i always force myself to sleep. Im terrible with exams if Im sleep deprived. 😅 I know. Im a weakling.

I'm 23 and I still haven't figured out which house is tight got me. I've been sorted into all the houses but I know I'm definitely not a Hufflepuff because I am not patient at all. Interest and Hobbies wise I'm like a Ravenclaw, I absolutely love reading. In year 7 I read the twilight series 13 times (U went through a phase). I read the entire Harry Potter series in two weeks, read Stephen kings It in 2 weeks and the goldfinch in one week. I've done all nighters many times. My brain never shuts off. I own heaps of books, I can't go into a op shop without coming out with another book. I have over 40 tabs on my phone open, I'm also a huge geek, I read manga, watch anime, play video games, I'm very analytic with movies, watching them again and again and picking up on things. I love hp, lotrs, stranger things, gots, Merlin, star wars, criminal minds, titans etc. I like writing stories and I enjoy learning. Personality wise I'm opinionated, talk too much and I have strong morals and values, I'm probably more goal focused, I know what I want in life and will work towards it. I'm more likely to learn something if it's an interest of my or can benefit me. I'm passionate, determined and have a temper but I'm not a party person, I hate big crowds. I would rather I night on with a book or movie and a few friends then going out clubbing. But I'm also competitive and defensive and get easily frustrated with myself. I'm very loyal to my family, they mean everything to me.

It’s ironic coz, I was at a mart today and I usually address strangers as sir or mam. I was speaking to a staff, addressed him as sir; he was surprised and said, it’s weird to hear a customer address him as sir coz nobody addresses them as sir or mam, they are treated as mere employees.
But everyone deserves to be respected, no job is mere: they are helping us after all. People really need to learn to respect others.

Yes, Ravenclaws are one of the best houses, in my book. Luna was my idol growing up, as she showed me that there's more than one way to be intelligent, and that a little quirkiness and that we're ALL a bit weird in our own ways. Luna Lovegood is the best!😍💙

The Ravenclaw crest has been wrong since the first movie. It's NOT a raven in a blue field with silver edging, it's an eagle in a blue field and bronze edging

Exactly. Griffindor has a lion, not a gryphon, as mascot. The animal mascots are the patronuses of the house founders. That's why it's an eagle for Ravenclaw.
Luubelaar: A gryphon is half lion, so a lion as a mascot for Gryffindor is acceptable. Ravens are very intelligent animals, eagles represent freedom and strength more, ravens fit better into Ravenclaw. I looked up the Founders of Hogwarts, I didn’t see anything about their patronus. Slytherin’s mascot is a snake since Salazar can speak the language of the snakes, heck the Slytherin’s element is water, also snakes are good swimmers(not to mention that they are sea snakes).

I don't remember where it was that I read about the patronuses, and I've not been able to find it again. Perhaps it was a fan theory and I've misremembered it?
In any case, the books are very clear about the colours and the animal mascots, but for some reason, Ravenclaw's was changed for the movie, where the others weren't. I'm well aware that a gryphon is half lion, but Gryffindor's mascot wasn't changed. Regardless of how well others think a raven is a 'better fit', the original mascot was an eagle.
I'm so mad about that in every point it's like "Yeah, Ravenclaws are so smart, they are so intelligent, the only thing they can do is reading..." Not the intelligence is the only point of our house. We're smart, maybe, but we're more creative and unique.

Yeah, thats the main thing : creativity is a major part of the ravenclaws. Ravenclaws are intelligent, and lovers of all thing listed in the video, but they are also open minded. They love learning, so the must be ready to take in new ideas. THIS IS THE BASE FOR CREATIVITY! Take what you know, string it together with intelligence , and add new things to make it better; this is LITERALLY how fiction books are made. It's a big deal cause I think it's why the sorting hat didn't put Hermione in ravenclaw: she has got the mind for the second component of the ravenclaws; creativity.

I did the Pottermore sorting three times and I always ended up as a Ravenclaw. I once yearned for Slytherin and Gryffindor, but now I'm sure I have more wits and creativity than ambition or bravery. I'm at peace with myself. I am a proud Ravenclaw.

I am a gryffindor, but the majority of qualities of hufflepuffs and ravenclaws apply to me as well. This let me a bit confused, until I realized that it's about who I am to my core. What qualities are most important to me. And I realized that as much as my intelligence does define me, my sense of morality and standing up for what's right is my core. I’m a fellow Ravenclaw as well:) but I have hufflepuff qualities as well which had me so conflicted in which house I truly was in but when I saw Luna I realized I really resonated with her and to me it looked like she could of been a hufflepuff as well but I realized this and I just let raven puff self thrive haha

@@emaanibrahim8815 I am also a Ravenclaw and it was her own house. She mentioned that her clothes, shoes and other stuff were hidden. To optain things this personal the bullys must have been in the same house, that's why it is very likely that she got bullied from her own house too.

For a long time, I didn’t think I was Ravenclaw. After taking the Pottermore quiz and reading up on all the traits, I totally see it now. I have always been an artist. I love learning. Very creative and I have felt that I might come off as pretentious when my intelligence is showing (even that sentence sounds pretentious). It’s funny about the detective and investigation part because I have been told that.

Different varieties within the same language exist, and only accepting one of them as “proper” while disqualifying the others as “not very smart” is a prejudiced view on linguistic diversity, and not very Ravenclaw-like at all. I'm not a genius, but I can see things that can connect to solve a problem.
I do think alot about multiple things at one time, but I learn how to organize by priorities.
I do love to read, both with books or with e-readers.
There are times I do prefer to be in my own, but I love being around people especially when we all accept each other's everything's.
I do like to be acknowledge and appreciated for things I did good on, but I know when to draw the line about bragging.
And wether I'm having a good day or a bad day and I'm with someone, I'd rather let them tell what's going on and try to understand them and help however I can.
There are many things that make me a Ravenclaw, and I do my best to be one if the good ones around.

I feel like a lot of this was kind of one note. No mention of how weird and quirky some Ravenclaws can be. That's what makes the house more interesting. It's not just books books books studying intelligence brains.

It was really hard trying to decide what to let go. The easier part were books on topics that I knew I had no time to pursue. That helped me cut the cord.

That’s the point:
Harry, Hermione and Ron have traits of the other houses: Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff.
What makes them Griffyndor it’s their courage and, most importantly, the fact that they WANTED to be Griffyndor.

I took the pottermore test 5 times and everytime I have gotten Ravenclaw. I was honest with my answers and get told that I come off as a Hufflepuff which I can see that as well in the sense of being Nice, making sure everyone around me is having a good time, and intuitive but the test itself told me otherwise. I took the one from the site and the one that used to be on the site in the past and still got this house so I am a Ravenclaw and Proud of it! My favorite color is Blue and although I sometimes come off as not the smartest, I am very witty and intuitive along with being creative and wise. I like how I give hufflepuff vibes on a almost regular basis but when people come to me for advice, my wisdom kicks in and it freaks them out haha I am the go to person for advice of wisdom. I love it.
One time I stayed up until 7 am reading Harry Potter in bed. If u didn’t know I’m a ravenclaw
