used this knot to shorten my shoelaces (took me a bit to figure out how to lace/anchor it through the loops, but i got it eventually)!! thank you so much for this super comprehensive tutorial, i never realized heart knots were this simple to do :D

If I wanted to use 95 pound paracord... Would that change the required length ??? How long would my cords have to be for a 17 ounce bottle ???

Old post but this is especially nice for shoes that don't have much lace making it difficult to bow know or double knot. I have wide feet so the stock laces run short more often than knot...get it, knot 😂
