40 MIN All Standing Full Body Workout
Tone up with this full body dumbbell workout. You don't need a mat for this all-standing sweaty session. Just grab some dumbbells and get ready to burn some calories.
I'm using a set of 5lbs/ 2.27kgs and 10lbs/ 4.54kgs dumbbells.
KEY TIPS:
- Keep a towel handy...you may need it. :-)
- Perform quality reps over quantity.
- Pace yourself.
- Take additional breaks if needed.
- Always Do Your BEST!
