  • Ready to burn! 🔥 I'm excited to share my fat loss journey with y'all as I go through body recomposition all while on a vegan diet. I took note of your feedback on content and what you'd like to see more of from me. I am taking your comments into consideration. Really looking forward to connecting with y'all more. :-)

    Really heavy and a newbie. Spotter? I'm a vet and I squat inside the rack! Try a lower bar position for better glute posterior activation. 👍🌟☠️🤩

    Hi Toni 👋🏽I love your content 💕 I'm vegan as well, I don't consume soy at all, I was wondering if you could suggest soy alternatives so that I can create some of your amazing meal ideas, also could you recommend a great protein powder especially for someone like myself who is trying to gain weight/muscle mass.     I’m not vegan or anything but the recipes still seem interesting to me, I think you should’ve added some of that sweetened condensed coconut milk to that chocolate mousse you were making. Maybe that would’ve did the trick 😂

    Hi Toni, fyi...tofu/soy are not good for you to eat and this comes from the research done on this plant base food. (It can mk you estrogen dominate raising serum estrogen levels in the body) *This can cause cancer/thyroid issues and also, problems for men. As per your sugar intake maple syrup/choc-chips = high glucose levels in the blood pls, becareful. I'm paying attn..to your stretching routine/exercises bc, I lack properly stretching each day. As per your squats..I believe, going to heavy is dangerous and can ruin your knees if, you go too, low. Your videos are great keep up the good work I need to watch you and get good ideas. As per you being an introvert most men don't care bc, your personality is attractive not to mention your body. All respect/love.

      Whew, preach! There are the mistakes I’ve made when I was vegan. And my joints felt a mess when I was lighting heavy, especially the knees. But all of our bodies are different, so Toni may be able to have longevity lifting heavy.

      If soy causes cancer why don’t Asian countries have the highest cancer rates??? Please do some research. Mayo Clinic, Dana Farber all have debunked this myth.

      This is not true and here's why. Wm are more fragile than men when it comes to joints/bones mass. Squats are dangerous even, w proper form when done excessively and going too heavy/low beyond a person's limitation. It does nt take long to ruin your knee function. One mistake and your done. Toni, has already, had knee/leg issues and i rec..she avoid doing squats. All knees are built the same men/wm. As former pro athlete i've been in the gym all my life. This is why many body builders use knee wraps/support no matter the weight. If anyone wants to consider squats just stay light 185lbs and do several sets/reps. I hope, you understand.
