I have a handful of 72” red gums with codominant stems about 6-8’ up that I need to fell. I’m thinking I better take those side leaning codoms off or the tree may split.

Look at that beautiful tree being cut down.. I'm sure it's older than any of us.. Cut down because it's inconvenient for some, and money for others.. Does it make anyone else sad to watch it cut down ?

My father knew a guy that had a tree removal business.He was doing well for himself.Then he met him again 2 years later Dad asked how he was doing.He said not well.Dad asked why.He said "Its a combination of three things.Booze ,mismanagement and dishonest help.Things to remember when you're running a business.

Curious. On the leaning limbs if u can't spider leg it, why not place a notch opposite of lean, back cut, come down let the crane boom to where it would be vertical then cable up and it will release from the notch at such position? Only takes a other second to do
