I trim off the fat into strips. smoke that fat on the top rack of my smoker with a aluminum pan under to catch that tallow. And I make smoked beef chicharron. I leave some to fully crips and dry out so I can chop it like bacon and it just becomes beef bacon topping on brisket tacos. I highly recommend it. Your family and guests at the next bbq will be fighting over the last pieces
Chicken and dumplins’ is supposed to be chicken and dumplings’. Not chicken and dumplins’ and carrots and celery. Stick to the southern way.

You are using the meat tenderizer wrong, the flat side is for pounding chicken to keep more juices in it.
Sliced tomatos instead of marinara are better, try it out sometime

Hot take right now. Only bake the chicken to cook through. Without the sauce and cheese and then after bake add the cheese and sauce. The sauce won’t dry up or harden. I always thought this way was bettee

Dan-O, your seasonings are delicious…..expensive, and you gotta use almost a whole bottle on 1 recipe, so it doesn’t go very far. Delicious, but not worth the price.
