If you redeem with Singapore Airlines I recommend you book your seat as early as possible because award space tends to go down as you approach the departure date. In my particular case, some of the award space I initially spotted was no longer there when I booked around 3 months before. I had no award space issues with Etihad when I booked my seat for the Oman Air flights over the phone at around the same time but this may no longer be the case since Etihad has changed their booking system. I think you can now book Oman Air flights on the Etihad website instead of having to call the hotline. In general, I would always book ahead of time especially if you travel with someone else. Out of curiosity, which miles redemptions do you have in mind?

Hello Mpendulo, I did a few lounges in Columbia and Costa Rica. See earlier videos. In Africa, I only did Casablanca. Kigali and Nairobi too but I lost all the footage. No immediate plans to visit other countries in Africa, but there are still so many countries to discover. Mozambique and Tanzania are on my list for example. Where are you from? Cheers TOKO

Hello Pankaj, I don't think you can book LH lounge access. If you travel in biz then you don't need to worry. If you are in coach then you have to ask on site at the entrance if you can get in for a set amount of money. Let me know how it went. Cheers TOKO

@@tokoexplore So to answer my own question, the E Gate lounge, which by the way is far superior from the other Swiss lounge at Zurich, is at the Non-Schengen area of the airport. There is a passport control before the train, but they do not care what flight you are on that day, just what passport you hold. I carry a EU passport and was let through with just showing it to the guard.

Good morning Ramesh, thanks for asking. I think only the lounge agents can tell you for sure at the reception. I visited lounges where this was indeed possible, but also lounges that did not allow such an extension. To be honest, I don't know how IGA handles this. Alternatively, you can use the IGA sleepod for three hours (see priority pass website). There are no other priority pass lounges in the international terminal I'm afraid. Anyway, hope you'll enjoy the IGA lounge. I will be at IST on Wednesday by the way. Cheers

Yes, you can; it's an option on my app after booking a ticket with Lufthansa. It's not part of the Priority Pass membership, but Lufthansa offers their own option when you buy a flight through their website. It states: If traveling economy, You show your boarding pass at the lounge entrance and simply pay by credit card or book lounge access on the app before your trip. For two of us, it will be about $78. Now, figure out if an hour or two layover is worth it. After watching this video, I may have to give it a try.
