PHNOM PENH Plaza Premium Lounge Review

I visited the Plaza Premium lounge at Phnom Penh International Airport in January 2022. I did not even expect it to be open, but luckily, my batteries were charged and so I was ready to shoot. This is a lounge which usually sees up to 800 visitors a day. However, I learned during my visit that this number has dropped down to around 20 or 30 daily visitors. This meant that we had this lounge almost to ourselves.
By the way, we got into the Plaza Premium lounge thanks to my AMEX credit card. Unfortunately, Plaza Premium lounges are no longer part of Priority Pass. The other options you have are first or business class ticket, status with one of the alliances, or paid access. When we visited this lounge, they offered one hour lounge usage with a meal and a drink for 8 USD. Not too bad.
