I used to like Star Trek fanfiction, James Cawley and his Star Trek new voyages I think he called it project, which made him the only Star Trek fan filmmaker to actually appear in a real Star Trek project, as he was invited to be in Chris Pine's Star Trek movie in uniform as an extra. I also like the Star Trek fan Series where the late Grant Imahara from Mythbusters was in it . Star Trek: ANAXAR ruined it for me. You see, up until that point, CBS and Paramount were kind of cool with fans making little fanfiction films, as long as they were no more than 10 minutes or so, and they didn't try to make any money off of them, and you couldn't raise money to make them or make money off of CZcams monetizing them, or put them on video or tape or whatever. That's where my man James Cawley came in, he created ESPN videos for the fun of it, recreating his sets from scratch himself. Then the SOB from ANAXAR decided to hell with copyrights and intellectual property, we'll just make our own Star Trek movie and will raise a million dollars to do it and CBS can just bite our butt. So they started advertising online on GoFundMe to raise money to do the movie oh yeah, they had forgot to inform the copyright holder CBS and Paramount that they were going to do that. So that pissed CBS off enough that they said you know what we're going to limit your ability to make fan films even more because of these guys. They almost shut the thing down completely. The problem I have with all the new digital stuff and the people making up starships and things that are not canon that they can create on their computer and all this stuff is that we're having as fans are having a hard enough time just getting CBS to keep some of the new shows that they have on the air, and to create new ones such as seven of nine being captain. Now all you fans come along and want to do computer Imaging and Ai and create your own Star Trek not related directly to the original shows or trying to copy the original shows which makes it even harder for us fans to get CBS to do it we want. Instead of doing all these digital Recreations and creating ships that are not in the video TV movie canon, or trying to make yourself your own personal Star Trek star, why not use that energy to create videos and fan things to push Paramount to create new Star Trek projects or to listen to the fans and do sequels and spinoffs that we would actually watch I know y'all feel like this is what you want but, it don't work that way. There are other ways to be a part of Star Trek fandom that will put you a little above everyone else. I myself, 2000s did two years were the Star Trek conventions in the Northern Colorado town with help and permission from CBS and Starland the Colorado based Star Trek Super convention group.

2:07 11 months later, and I just got that Harriman pitched the idea of the Prometheus-Class to Scotty. It’d make sense that he’d be the one responsible for such a thing. Aside from just that nod? I loved this episode, I’m rewatching it now after seeing Captain Keller in the Prodigy Reckoning episodes. Same with all the others she is in, from The Holy Core where she lost her first officer in a temporal incident, and the Icarus incident where she lost her ship, the U.S.S. Vigilance to a natural graviton surge from the star she was examining. She’s forward thinking, curious, tries to be as understanding in any situation, and doesn’t let the downsides get ahold of her. I’d say? Despite losing her First officer then her ship later? I think Keller would be a very good captain to serve under in Starfleet!

Another fantastic episode. I wonder what the new timeline will be like...
