Hey guys, in this video I am using a Charvel Model 5A with EMG JH bridge pickup in Standard E tuning, with RADAR(Carvin Legacy IR)as the cabinet section. So signal chain is guitar, 017 preamp, Radar, then to my Apogee Duet audio interface and to Logic Pro X. No post processing is applied, just raw sound. I really like this preamp a lot.

Using the tc electronic SENTRY noise gate pedal with the 005 preamp to demonstrate the difference of 3 connections for high gain rhythm. Personally I prefer using the 4 cable method, which is to have the preamp in the loop of SENTRY. Which makes the palm mute nice and tight. Hope this video is helpful.
