Many other fans have said this. But it's very clear that Haruka is developmentally or intellectually disabled. I only have experience with autism, so that's what I'm tacking onto him in my opinion. But Really, he might not have understood just what he was doing if his development was delayed to a certain point. He was doing what got him attention. And it's likely his parents may have ignored there was a disability involved. So his disability went unchecked and he wasn't given intervention. Also really weird that everyone is comparing a developmentally disabled character to a baby... you're all weird. A tually talk to higher level autistic people for once...
