Bravissima! At the end of the first theme part was a wrong note in bar 7. And she doesnt really care about the dynmaics, espacially the piano in the bar with the Scale downwards I really don‘t like when people play fast and not good. It seems to me like a bad trade. Better play slow and accurate. *i cannot play better, but i can play the right notes an dynamic The playing is still really good

This is one of my favorite pieces by Brahms. I didn't know there was an arrangement for piano! As ever, beautifully played. ❤

Although I am not familiar with this work I can understand its immediate appeal. You play this work with such depth and meaning. Brahms's spirit is certainly with you in this deep and emotional Op 18b Theme and Variations. Well done to Clara Schumann for asking Brahms to arrange it for solo piano. Fantastic performance Jill!! So beautifully played! Re sound quality, I didn’t find it too distracting, however in general terms the high reverberation in churches tends to impair the clarity and articulation in Bach. The sound quality of your cd recordings by comparison is wonderfully clear and provides a more faithful representation of your artistry.
