Very interesting...it is actually illegal to hitchhike here in Nova Scotia. You are one brave man! But I do think it is probably safer than a lot of people think. Enjoy the journey!!
I looked it up and it is not legal on the motorways. But can still do it and if the Garda (police) will give you a lift off the motorway. I will make it popular again in Ireland 👍😁
@@CelticMickWalks Yes its not legal on Motorways in most Countries but you are allowed do on slip roads leading to the motorway .In my youth i hitched many times in Germany with those rules .
We always thought about hitch hiking but we’re never brave enough incase something happened ! Great video. Really enjoyed it chelsea and Mike
Thanks, I will be definitely do it again 😁
Your brave .Hitchhiking was common in my youth ,but very few do it now .I think its still safe to do in Ireland though .I live in Dublin now after traveling the World ,but now qualify for the free travel being over 66y .I just came across your channel .I will check out your other videos .
I am bringing back hitchhiking 😁

Thank you for your interesting videos about my Homeland Azerbaijan!
Thanks 🙏 might have 1 left.
Saved my experience with Bacu shopping 😊
That certainly is quite the center...very ultra-modern for sure and makes quite the statement!!
Ultra statement of a building
Be sure to visit Gobustan and Azykh cave. Gobustan is 26000 years old. Azykh cave is 400000 years old. This is the heritage of Azerbaijan introduced in UNESCO!
Was there during My tour
czcams.com/video/xkAD5LNojqk/video.html
This center is designed as a Personal signature of Heydar Aliyev!

How lovely and tasty! Pakhlava is tasty with tea!Bon appetit!
Great little spot but I ended up spending too much, watch the full vlog to see how much!
Azerbaijani here.I couldn't quite get how he tried to scam you.He just told you a ridiculous amount or something for nothing?
He told me that because I was vlogging the tour his boss said it was free, then took me to the office. I didn't want a tour as I already had one booked. But went to the office, some people might feel pressured and buy it anyway.
@@CelticMickWalks yeah, I can see.Sorry for that.
Oh my, those tiny book!! Amazing!! My grade 7 & 8 students a few years back would have loved this tour as we had just a tour book with pictures at the time. I had forgot that this museum was in Azerbaijan. I gave my students the assignment to turn their favourite book into a tiny book...I was amazed at what some did! One student even made a carved wood cover for Curious George! Bringing back some good memories!
Amazing little place and free too. 🤗
Hazi Aslanov was an Azerbaijani major-general of the Soviet armoured troops during World War II. He was awarded the Hero of the Soviet Union title twice.
Thank you for the info
@@CelticMickWalks You're welcome and thanks for your positive vibes. Greetings from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿

Beautifull video. But Zoroasters are not fire worshipers, I don't know about sikhs and the other religion! Zoroasterinsm is the first monotheastic religion in world, dating back to 3500 BC. Also, the persian word "Atashkadeh, Atashgah" means the place of fire, through which they pray the god. Fire acts as an important symbol in ceremonies such as "Nowruz, Sadeh, Yalda, ..." in Iranian platu countries.
Amazing!
Thank you, hope you follow me after Azerbaijan. I think only 1 or two more to come 😁
@@CelticMickWalksYes, of course!
Fair price and local market charm ❤
My love Azerbaycan!
Bon appetit! Drink better tea!
I like both 😊
Awesome
You need some marshmallows for the fire
There was some heat coming off it. You could have cooked something on it.🔥🔥
Now that certainly was one amazing day!! What a great experience...and looked like some wonderful culinary delights were had too!
Very enjoyable tour and there are several different options to choose from. 👍🇮🇪
Amazing!
Thanks, a few more to come 😁, then I will have new content
In most of the places in Sofia cards are accepted. Street food, souvenirs, street art and prostitutes are cash only.
Well I didn't have any need for the last one 😁
