For such a funny intro, the plot really devolved in the 2nd act and the 3rd act was wasted trying to "but this" you're way out of a bad call. I'm not a big wh person and don't know much of the lore but I've been playing WH 3, specifically Skaven and recently a lot of Eshin. 1) Since you brought up Splinter from TNMT you missed the great opportunity to say "Snikch is more like if you merged Splinter and Shredder, with weaponized ooze" aka warpstone. 2) WH is a tabletop open field warfare game. Of course the majority of the units are going to be "we kill things." That is the fundamental basis of the game. 3) In Total Warhammer 3 - the Eshin have a LOT of utility outside of assassination. In fact they have no unique skill for basic assassination. They do have a whole tree of ninja actions that allow you to use your ninja characters to incite revolves, sabotage structures, steal food, pilfer gold, steal technology, buy off armies, take over underground cities, and more. The only real unique "assassination" type action they have is Snikch's personal "I kill a faction" ability which is amazing in representing exactly that. You pick a faction, and destroy it completely. All territory held by this faction, all armies they controlled all become uncontrolled neutral factions. 4) The primary tactic of Eshin in Total Warhammer 3 isn't assassination, its ambushing. Baiting traps and springing them. Their units are mid tier at best, but can wipe much larger armies this way. 5) The Skaven society is all about craft and cunning. Ikit is the machine king because he is extremely crafty and cunning about it. Throt uses his cunning and ingenuity to mold flesh into monstrous aberrations. Snikch is very crafty and cunning, but all top level Skaven are. The dynamic of Skaven society is you are either the crafty SOB at the top, one of the exceptional devotees of them, or a literal slave at the bottom. All in all I give this video a minus. It was initially entertaining but went way too hard trying to talk trash on them, and then pull up with a bunch of "oh yeah but." 0/10 would not ride this ride again.

Have you heard of a British sketch comedy show called Horrible Histories? If not, it is a children's show that teaches history with comedy. I bring this up because they recently did a sketch that parodies Pokemon Go, but references actual yokai.

Was going through a nostalgic trip through youtube On Death Battle Deadpool vs Deathstroke I found a comment talking about the VA for deadpool being takahata101 who also voiced Alucard in Hellsing Abridged I see he has a YT channel and he's doing a DnD podcast, decided to check his oldest content and found Hellsing Abridged, and another DnD podcast from 7 years ago, "The Unexpectables" One with a faintly familiar Kenku. Circle back around to this video and surely enough it's the same Unexpectables, featuring the authentic ninja bird, Greckles.

I think the difference between a samurai and a ronin in D&D is whether or not the samurai is questing at the behest of their lord. Are you out to kill the dragon at the command of your lord? If so you are a samurai. Are you a lone warrior bound to nothing but your own code and free as the wind to pursue your truest dreams? If so you're a ronin. It's all about the roleplay of your character. A samurai could slay the dragon then abandon their lord to become a ronin; a ronin could maybe find a new lord to serve and be a samurai. I don't know if a ronin could ever become a samurai; but this is a game of fantasy where a samurai's sacrifice may very well not be the end. It'd require research I haven't done.
