Watch how many people end up having to get winched out of GateKeeper. Or have to weld a piece of their Jeep back on. Or just watch the camera man run when the grass gets set on fire. It was a great trip with a lot of memories being created.

What year of caravan are the wires from? When i bought my cherokee it already had a coil pack like that a black one. The bracket is painted black steel. I dont want to buy a cut to length wire kit but need to replace my wires.
@@BushmanofYukon you can actually get wires for an XJ and you’ll be fine. Cherokee 4.0L plug wire set available at any local auto parts store We also have plug wires available on our website: www.ksuspensionfab.com
@@KSuspension I assumed that the xj wires would be too short because they have a distributor. Or the coil rail. But every kit I search for an xj all have 7 wires
@@BushmanofYukon because the 7th wire is the coil pickup wire. Just throw that away

Where did you get them connectors at trying to do it on a 91 S-10 pipe coming out of truck is 2 1/2 but on the thrush thing it’s 2 5/8 what do I need to get please help
I'm pretty sure we got them on Amazon at the time, I don't quite remember, this Jeep doesn't even look the same as this video now lol
I am very interested in the 12 hole injectors and as other people have commented about resetting the ECU between test and lower RPM for the street driving fuel economy would be interesting.(mine is a Wj 4.7L). And any proof of better atomisation.
We have them on our webiste, currently there is a slight backorder however. We also have a injector comparison video on our channel you can watch to see the differences in the flow and atomization
Now that ive done the 4 hole injectors, this is probably in the works for the future

Finally got around to putting in the four hole injectors. Jeep runs much better no more long cranks when the engines hot. Thanks for a good product at a reasonable price.

It's been 8 years. It hasn't leaked gasoline or anything since you install those injectors right even though you used petroleum jelly? Is it okay if I use viscosity 525 mineral oil to install my fuel pressure regulator?

Can you do a flow test on stock 3.6 injectors and the pug or improved 3.6 I believe it’s 2016 or 2017 and newer have the 8 hole injectors they are 1/4 of the price and what I’ve heard is you can get better mpg and better low end response

What is the trigger wire to the headlight switch? Looking for it in de video..
the headlight switch is the trigger, you send the signal to the new harness from the original plug and it will close the relays to send power from the battery to the headlight via low/high beam selection

I love it when you share these videos. I know it takes away from the efficiency of your shop. To borrow a phrase from the 60's when I was a teen, "ROCK ON!" You mechanic is so smoooooooth and deliberate. The ratchet strap on the pinion is a great idea.

Awesome video! Under 20 min with more than one thing being replaced, heck yeah! I'll be doing this fix on my JK soon, do you think pre-draining the oil will help with less "mess" after pulling the old oil filter housing?
not really lol You'll leak more coolant than oil. Just get a good suction tool to clean everything up and you'll be ok

I replaced the front liner and some lenses ( hit a cow a few years ago, passenger side ) so I got a new liner, grill, headlight cans and all and I'm allmost done putting it back together. My experience with a similar injector machine is the more atomization there is the more fuel I have to pull out of the fuel map on a stand alone efi system. The factory ecm is very limited on its adaptive strategy to these kind of changes as it only can use its long and short fuel trims you cannot change the base fuel map.
