My name is Caleb. As a kid, I was raised on a steady diet of PlayStation and Nintendo 64. These days, things are a bit different: I play a little bit of everything with no rhyme or reason. Stick around; you might like what you see.

i own rayman 3 gba and i think i still have it... somewhere, but have never beaten it because of that one lava level because i can never reach the next platform and the last checkpoint is so damn far back or wait maybe i did beat it but could never find the next door? but i also love this game because i love the art style, its my favorite game ever for just the art, i cant get over it and i wont forget how much i like it
Hey man, fantastic video as always. Great to see you back, and uploading. Quality is top notch as per usual. 🙏
I never found this game hard. I must be the only one
G😊😅😮🎉😂❤
Great video, Star Fox is my childhood, 64 and Assault were alot of fun. Adventures was ok imo. Command had cool ship designs but I hated the stylus controls.
Why did you delete all your old videos ?
Sales is one thing but as I've just gotten 70 medals in Starfox Zero. I think the game is solid & fun when given proper understanding. Once it clicks it's fantastic
I've got this game, too and it's sure it makes me feel like Buzz Lightyear whenever I play it. And now that you mentioned Andy Blythe and Martin Joustra's music, I've always liked this game's music, as well as Muppet RaceMania's music. And did you know? Those two games are the first Travelers Tale's developed games AND PS1 games in general that I got as a kid.
The PS1 mummy game is a masterpiece
if ur covering the jak games the Lost Frontier and Daxter got PS5 ports this summer.
I never got past the second level, but I played those two levels a lot
Hello Calcom my name is Isaiah and I have something important to say to you. God loves you and like any father he wants to help you and keep you safe especially from the devil. But I am not just speaking to you about this I am also talking to your fans about this. God loves us all and he wants us all to be saved not just from ourselves but from the devils clutches. Do not be afraid to come to the Lord for his love is for evreyone Shalom Shalom.
I'm so pissed at CZcams's notifications, I missed this and the Jak video. Just means I got two bangers to watch though! Glad to see you back!!!
Don't know if it was meant as a direct reference, but in the message rhe sorceress leaves spyro at agent 9's level in fireworks factory before he's unlocked, she calls him "Spiro" possibly referencing Spiro Agnew
I heard that high quality intro at the beginning and immediately had to subscribe. Thanks for shedding light on such a gem. I loved this game. But didn't know about the stick thing!
Being suckered by the Mummy Returns game trailer is so relatable 🤣 I did like the fact that you could dismember the undead folks and use their own body parts against them though. I was like, "whoa! This must be what playing M-rated games feels like!"
The grabbed by the ghoulies music is too good!
Nice to see you back Calvin, I know you came back with Jak II, but I gotta be honest, I detest that game, I am not willing to watch any of it out of fear of PTSD.
My name's Caleb, but thanks.

wow, two videos after such a long hiatus. happy to see you back in action! What happened to your maximo videos though? those were some of the only decent reviews of that game on youtube
OH SNAP CAL IS BACK!
Such a good video man! Remembering these games made me think about how whacky an online multiplayer mode would be lol. Looking forward to more of your stuff!
Love the editing style and commentary, with this quality of content I can see this taking off!
I appreciate it, Ross, but I highly doubt any of this will ever take off. I'm just making the type of videos I'd want to watch at this point.
Man, I wish the PlayStation would get more weird and experimental games like back in the day.
Same, can't wait for Astro Bot tho!
That was really cool, I was always under the impression Jumping Flash was the first 3D platformer, but today I learned it was actually Alpha Waves! It would be interesting to see how they'd handle the series if they brought it back nowadays. A vr game is a good idea.
You shoot the kiwis and get the muumuus. What a charming little series, all in all
Did……did you just call that mutant sweetcorn a mutant “carrot” 🤨
Great video, this game is so cozy and nostalgic. I remember playing it first on a demo disk and being amazed.
I grew up with only the first game. but then I got my copy of Jak II last year only to get stuck on the vehicle mission after Praxis' palace
You know what they say! "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." Or don't. It's honestly up to you.
Man, I really loved this video, can't wait to see more <3
Jak 3 when??
Would you believe me if I told you I answered that question in the video?
Nice review mate
The return of the king 👑
I was also 5 when this game came out and (5:55) I had no clue that this was Keira. I was legitimately surprised for the reveal.
he's back from the dead i'm crying i've missed you calcom
I really wish i had the chance to grow up with Jak and Daxter like I did with Sly Cooper and Ratchet and Clank. Because as an adult pushing 30, I really didn't have the patience for Jak 2's difficulty spikes. And I got really far into the game too. It was one of the zoomer races around the city late in the game that caused me to rage quit. Had a blast with Jak 3 though, and the 1st Jak and Daxter is now one of my favorite 3D platformers.
I love that you briefly show Haven Call of the King for the TT games. Would love to see you review Haven! keep up the great work!
welcome back king
HE'S BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!
Very good video! I love Jak2 getting some recognition it deserves! I know this game is very divise amongst fans, but I've always loved it to death. I feel like the contrast between the happy-go-lucky style of the first game and the dark style of the sequel is exactly what makes it so great.
So happy you're back! I've loved your videos since the ThatGuyCal run, and am genuinely happy to see you still haven't given up after so long
Easily my favorite game in the Jak and Daxter trilogy. If I had to rank each game, it's like this: 1. Jak II 2. Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy 3: Jak 3 I never played the PSP Daxter game since I never owned a PSP so I've no opinion on it (wish Sony would port it to PS4 and 5 though), but I digress. My second favorite weapon in the game is definitely the Scatter Gun because it's good in crowds of one-hit enemies and knocking enemies off ledges if need be. I've been meaning to play Precursor Legacy and Jak II through OpenGOAL, but currently I don't have an External DVD Drive for my PC to make the ISO files, that might change soon, I'll update when that happens.
Awesome, I kept looking up your channel here and then wondering when you’d put up a new video, it’s great to see you come back. And you came back by uploading a video on one of my all-time favorite direct sequels, nice.
I played this game on my Vita years ago and I ended up HATING it a little bit but now I'm playing on OpenGOAL and having a pretty good time overall
The code naughty dog used to make the jak and daxter games is crazy there's a documentary when they did the HD remake for ps3 and the devs mass media said the code was like spaghetti I'm surprised it actually runs on the vita
