cavalry knight has been patched. Instead run past the dragon and cheese the white dragon with a bleed weapon for 50k souls and you can infinetly reset him with zero effort.

For the banished knight, the final attack in that initial chain is parryable. Really satisfying to land.

For the Malenia attack at #2. I can parry it just fine with the buckler. However if I try to use curved swords I simply do not have the reaction time to parry the attack. I've done it preemptively once just from guessing the attack was coming.

I cannot believe you can parry those charge attacks. Beyond Badass.

You definitely need to try higher NG+ cycles. NG+1 is pretty easy overall because of how OP you are with a full build. The game just doesn't scale up enough to compensate until after NG+3 or so.

There is a visual cue for the Godskin noble. Look at his left hand, it will flick downwards right before the attack comes out. If you parry as soon as you see the flick, you will consistently parry it.

Hey there, I don't know if it has been mentionned, but to progress in Seluvis quest, you don't have to buy any of his sorceries. You just have to reload the area 2 or 3 times (talk to him each time) and you'll be able to buy the second puppet. It will allow you to save a nice amount of runes to upgrade your weapons or to level up.

Ok I think i failed with parry most of the time because I always thought I have to press the button shortly before the enemy hits me but it seems this is way to late. As this is not explained in the game and I failed with that strategy over and over again I will give this one here a try. Thank you very much.

Before i watch this im gonna say the hardest (parryable) skill to parry is the double slash Malenia does. Comes out very......very fast!!!!!!

The ammount of disorenttating jumpcuts where i had to go back on the video to figure out where the fuck i was going was very annoying especialy in capital tunnel with the secret walls as a new player that was insanely infuriating other than that 6/10 guide

my bucket list for ash of wars used to be double slash and vow of the indomitable, but after I started using the buckler parry for the first time, I was hooked, nowadays; golden parry is part of that list.

In the beginning I was absolutely unable to parry any attack of whatever enemy, but with persistence and endurance, I really got into it, and now love to parry as much as possible, only enemy left is Malenia in a parry only fight.

For even more damage could you run the rot exultation talisman, and/or wouldn't an occult right hand fist weapon do better, either skipping the cave (and the risk) for raptor, or going for something poison based with the poison claw?

I rly liked the editing in this vid, music made certain stuff feel exciting while ur voice is also very calming

I’m 100 hours into Elden ring, and this video taught me that you can parry attacks. FML

Instantly bonded over our love for parries. My first ds3 run was katana parry run. I killed all parriable bosses parry only. Its so fun to do. Speaking of parries with basically no time to react to, Pontiff does a really fast right hand swipe which is parriable but its just so incredibly fast its almost better to dodge it. Another fun parry on Pontiff is his right hand heavy downward slam attack. I was parrying it in my lv1 run and even when I perfectly parried it, I died because of the collateral damage. Its a partial parry with enough power to kill you literally.

I subbed because the content is good but even more so, I'm a mammy nun at heart...

Hmm, I don't know where "the loot" is in Sellia. Also, you told me to dump everything into int, so when I got to Leyndell I had 51 int to your 43, so I couldn't get 27 vigor. :/ Fixed it later. Also, I found an easy way to defeat ghost Godfrey. I just ran from one end of the chamber to the other, and only used meteors when he was out of range. Sometimes I even got two hits in. Turns out, he doesn't clear the distance quite that quickly. Also also, after following your guide I was still missing somber 2, 5 and 6, so I went to Gael tunnel to get 2, and Leyndell to get 5 and 6. 5 is south east from the Avenue Balcony, up the stairs and to the left, in front of one of those sitting fire spitters. 6 is north west, run down the stairs, take a left and run all the way down the walkway, then down the stairs to the left and go around the half circle fence until you find it behind some ruins.

The prelates inferno crozier build hes using is rly bad imo. Prelates charge only really works with human siz3d enemies and is way too slow. The best prelates inferno crozier build for lvl 100 to lvl 150 is 25 vigor 46 endurance 25 faith and put the rest into strenth. The incantations are golden vow flame grant me strength bloodflame blade. Use lions claw for the crozier and rallying standard if you can put sum into dex to use it. My talismans are godfreys icon, ritual sword talisman, great jars arsenal and starscourage heirloom. You can switch out the starscourage heirloom for green turtles talisman if you like. Greenburst and strenth know crackel tear in psychic and this will shred bosses. I wrecked the godskin duo with this at lvl 126,no sleep arrows and only summoning bernard. Its op try it and the dmg with lions claw and all the boost should be 2k to 3k per hit. Lionels entire set btw
