He’s not the best defensemen in the league. He had an outstanding regular season, but the first of that caliber. If he were to carry that same level into the playoffs I think he would then be in the conversation, but for now players like; Fox, Heiskenen and Makar, are at the top for me - all proven to be consistent in the regular season and playoffs for multiple seasons. Then again, I would not at all be surprised if Hughes has another amazing season, to cement himself in that conversation.

No it goes much deeper. It’s about all positions and you would rather to have 1 or two insane players or 8 good players and two great players. Also Edmonton in the finals right now but they have bad goalies and Defense with priceless forwards Connor Mcdavid and Leon drastil(His name is hard to spell.) The leafs on the other hand have Matthew’s and Mitchell and there goalie is only above avredge which means there is probaply 16 goalies worse and maybe 14 better. But in comparison the Panthers have all ok players and a few superstars. Also one of the best goalies. To support this the Black hawks have only one insane player Connor Bedard but still ended 32 out of 32. It is all about having good passers, shooters, goalies, hockey IQ plays, and a verity of good players. There is also the fact that there is four lines and a tiring game with 30seconds to one minute at most(Very unlikely normally around 40 seconds on avredge. If not the player might become to tired.) There for hockey is not weird but very conplicated. (Sorry about any spelling errors.) Happy Birthday to me.

Do you not recall your fan base throwing shade at all our players, chanting “F**ck mcdavid, drai, hy” etc… We gave you nothing but respect and you spit at us in return. You didn’t win the series because everything about your team is weak. Your players are dirty, your fan base are cowards. You all hide behind your laptops and phones still chirping us, trying to stay relevant while we continue on our conquest to host the cup. I have a lot of respect for Dallas and their fan base. It was an awesome hard fought series and look forward to watching them next season and hope to see them again in the playoffs, we all walked away with class. So take notes Vancouver fans, that’s how you act in this league. Don’t ever call me out again or speak down on my team. We own you. You were just another team that stood in our way. Give respect where respect is due.
