I believe Habs will draft size and skill. Either Lindstrom or Senneke. Last year they could have drafted Leonard who is averaged size but chose size in D Reinbacher.

I’m leaning towards Iginla he seems like the safe pick.

If Demidov and Lindstrom are gone at #5 then I want BPA which is one of the big Dmen. If they insist on a forward then take Iginla....

Habs fans doesn't have Lindstrom medical files. If habs draft him it's because they are comfortable with the risks.

They aren't drafting Iginla at #5, people are setting themselves up for disapointment.

If Sennecke had a good interview I think the Habs may select him. He has the height and can develop the size to be a good centre and potentially an excellent winger, The Habs are trying to build a team culture that focuses on a team first view. Still think they will pick Iginla if Demidov is not available. This is looking like it may not be "the year of the defenceman". Always remember Button is only on air for his comedic takes.

Kent has to go for size and Skill. I like Lindstrom but I am afraid of the back issues. So it's Sennecke for me , next would be Iginla. They also has to move Xhekaj up to forward., why isn't anyone talking about this. Josh please bring this up, can you imagine the Xhekaj boys on the same line.

There’s no guarantee that Iginla or Lindstrom falls to 5. It’s entirely possible that it goes: Celebrini Demidov Iginla Lindstrom If this happens, I think Levshunov is the guy and then the Habs will try to move up from their second pick and get Sennecke, Catton or Helenius.

I never realized you can find a top NHL prospect on Craig's list.. LOL But seriously, I've been on the Iginla band wagon for a few weeks now. After Celebrini, he's my favorite prospect. So I would be happy if the Habs picked him. But I'm starting to worry. Last year, I wanted the Habs to pick Ryan Leonard. No offense to Reinbacher but as of now, I still like Leonard more. Reinbacher might turn out to be my favorite player one day. I do need to give him time. That said I'm afraid the Habs pick another D next week and I really, really want an offensive forward this draft.

Herniated Disks is not the end all I am certain that today's surgery on disks is revolutionary so I think it's not a big deal Lindstrom I would believe is a good pick.

Seems like some of the deals KH has pulled have been failures. Hopefully he has a better eye for the draft

Habs need to stay away from Petoskey with any questionable injuries, mindsets, and the like. Pick a solid prospect. This is a critical draft as the habs will not have an opportunity at 5th overall for a long time.

Great job guys! I would be happy with Sennecke or Iginla at 5. Both will be impact players in 3/4 years.

Here's my dream list of who I would like Montreal to draft this year in the first 2 rounds: Demidov-Eiserman-Cole Hutson-Poirier.. They obviously need to acquire a a top 10-15 pick from another team to draft Eiserman but I think they should make that trade..

My top 4 after Celebrini are in order; Iginla, Sennecke, Demidov and Dickinson. Les Canadiens will draft one of those four. 👍🏻❤️

Next winter , when Eisernan is on pace to score 30-35 goals in the NCAA, people are going to be whining about why their team passed on him in this year's draft... Habs should try to pick Eiserman with a 2nd pick that obviously they will have to trade for, but I think if they did, they would not regret that decision..

Sennecke had one, if not the, best post practice interviews at the combine. They were all tired and the questions weren't interesting, he still showed how smart, humble yet determined he is and most importantly how, as young as he is, already thinks team beefore himself. That kid is a coach's dream.
