My name is Jim and I am passionate about mountains and peaks. The overall goal is to continue doing many more summits and hikes all over the world in the future.
I have suffered with severe Tinnitus and Depression for many years so I started this project to try and help me deal with it better by getting myself outdoors.
When I’m not working I try to get outside and experience the world in different ways - I will create short films on this channel to document the journey all filmed in 4K (2xHD) on a Go Pro 10 and including drone footage from my DJI mini 3.
I plan on doing more adventures in the future and there are also events where people are welcome to join - these events raise money for various charities and I have raised some good amounts over the years for Dementia UK, Birmingham children’s hospital and the Autistic Society.
The channel is dedicated to the memory of my Mum - Susan Elizabeth Mole (1943 - 2023)

Hiking The Panorama Mountain in Wales
A hike around the glorious Panorama Mountain in Llangollen which involved alot of different terrain including roads, mountain paths, rocks and ferns.
It was a little windy and cloudy but I still managed to get some great views of the surrounding area including Castell Dinas Bran, Moel Y Gamelin and Llangollen town.
The route never took me along the cliff edges unfortunately but I will be back to explore this mountain again soon and get some better drone footage of Castell Dinas Bran and the Limestone mountain of the Panorama.
The route I followed is available on All Trails, there are a few twists and turns so check the map regularly. There is a short rock scramble involved as well but it is nothing technical:

The route on All Trails tells you to park at the Sun Trevor hotel but this is private property and not allowed. I parked 1/2 mile away along the A539 at a car park on Wenffrwd Nature reserve which costs £4 for 8 hours. The road is busy so be careful when making the walk to the start of the trail and returning to your car if you use this car park. The postcode is LL20 7UH:

Great vid, really enjoyed - will you be doing more on the SWCP? It's interesting the numbers that come from all of these apps and watches etc. Seems like you get a different answer from every one. I plotted it on GAIA GPS and got 10.14 miles and 1127 ft, the SWCPA said 9.3 and 1830, my fit bit said 9 and 1340. Seems like your Apple Watch is an outlier but take your pick from the rest. It would be nice to know though!

Hello Jim. I watched your new vid a couple of hours ago. Started to comment but it got lost. That was really good mate. Everything now is at it's peak so green and lush. Beautiful place and great drone shots. Your vids are good and I think this one is your best. Sorry to hear your dad passed away over 20 years ago, think you said 24. I really enjoyed that bro from start to finish. A pleasant start along the canal too, which the areas famous for. I was in the town back in 2013 but don't know the hills apart from the Berwyns at all. They look fantastic and the valleys. Yeah, a lovely rugged rural area. Ha, what do they say, 'be bold go cold.'
