    Amen! Thank you for speaking the truth. My family and I recently had to leave a church because they allowed women to teach men on Sunday Mornings.

  • @JesusTheWayTheTruthTheLife44

    I love this. I’ve been feeling God speak to me about this lately. I scroll right on past videos of women preaching in churches now because if they will ignore scripture for their own reasons, idk what else they’re ignoring in Gods Word and I don’t care to hear their speech. I also notice these women often look uncomfortable in a way that’s not just nerves-probably because they’re not supposed to be up there and like you said, it’s not a role they can fill... And they’re no doubt grieving the Holy Spirit. God bless 🤍

      I love how God always confirms things to us. You are right. We need to pray for these women. A lot of them are deceived and women have been led astray by false teachings and false explanations of the scriptures. I was deceived for a long time. Although I always had a feeling that the scriptures about women teaching meant exactly what they said, I had been told by spiritual leaders (men and women) that women were supposed to preach and that it was the enemy trying to silence them.

    I can't believe how much everything you're saying matches the Islamic teachings!!!! I'm sorry I've commented on 2 of your videos please forgive me I really mean no harm but I'm actually in shock lol Please allow me to share the similarities with you: "O Prophet! Ask your wives, daughters, and believing women to draw their cloaks over their bodies. In this way it is more likely that they will be recognized ˹as virtuous˺ and not be harassed. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful." "˹O Prophet!˺ Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments except what normally appears.Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, male attendants with no desire, or children who are still unaware of women’s nakedness. Let them not stomp their feet, drawing attention to their hidden adornments. Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O believers, so that you may be successful." Footnotes to explain this specific verse quran.com/ar/an-nur/31

    • @MadddyKayy
      @MadddyKayy Před 2 dny

      Yes, they are very similar. I have heard that the Islamic teachings of Islam were inspired by Christianity since the religion of Islam was not created until the 7th century. Although many Chrisitans in the west have stopped practicing what the Bible teaches on modesty, historically Christian women have pretty much always covered their heads and their bodies as the New Testament instructs women to do so.

    • @nadahindi2680
      @nadahindi2680 Před 11 hodinami

      @@MadddyKayy Ahaaa well I think the misconception here is this: Islam isn't a religion after Christianity. Islam is the religion of all the prophets sent by God. So it didn't technically take from Christianity or Judaism. What then was the faith and message of all the previous prophets from the beginning of time? Islam is the same message that Jesus and Moses and all the previous prophets of God came with. So I'm sure there's plenty that overlaps in our beliefs because it all came from the same source but since man played around with with religion many things have been lost over time, like head covering. Islam is the message of all prophets. Nothing new. They all came with the same message of monotheism. Worship God and make no partners with him in worship. From Adam till Muhammad PBUH. We believe they were all Muslim, submitting themselves to the One true God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, alone.

  • @nadahindi2680
    @nadahindi2680 Před 2 dny

    Muslim here ❤ I actually clicked on this thinking it was Muslim content 😂 and to my surprise it wasn't far off at all Did anyone ever tell you that you also think and speak like a Muslim too? I mean, except for a few things here and there, the doctrine you are preaching is almost identical to that of the Islamic one. Maybe the only difference is we believe Jesus is the Messiah and the beloved prophet and messenger of God, rather than God himself or his son. And we only worship the One True God Allah the Creator of the heavens and the earth. (Like eloah in the old testament czcams.com/video/Qj8p_Sqdrek/video.htmlsi=dNzSu85oB8IZRqzI ) But literally everything else you said was basically the Muslim belief. Makes sense cause you were speaking about obedience and submission, and "Islam" comes from the root word in Arabic sa-la-ma which means "submit". So being Muslim literally means submitting yourself fully to the one true God who is the only God worthy of worship. Anyway, this was so refreshing to hear from a person of the book! Hmm this was so interesting, thank you for this video! I've met many Christians in my life, but never any who covered their hair like you do or align so much in belief with me as a Muslim. Hijab/head covering is truly freeing! Anyway, I mean no harm. May God guide us all to the straight path towards our total submission and obedience to Him alone and away from temptation and fleeting wordly desires! Ameen

      Since God created us in His. image, it does us good only when we are submitted to Him and walk in His Ways But through fallen Adam we are severed from God and walk in our ways which leads to death and that’s why Jesus came to make us a new creation to help us walk in righteousness unto eternal life Jesus is NOT Isa Jesus is God Incarnate for the redemption of mankind

      No offense taken lol. Yes, I just mentioned this in my response to your comment on my other video but I'm going to put it in this comment as well for anyone who is reading this. The teachings of modesty in Islam are very similar to Christianity. From what I have researched it appears that Islam got their principles of modesty from Christianity, as the religion of Islam did not exist until hundreds of years after Christianity was formed. The New Testament teaches women to cover their heads and their bodies and although many women in the West do not practice this anymore (since the time of the Sexual Revolution in the late 1900's), historically Christian women have always covered themselves. @nadahindi2680

      @seekthetruthandthetruthwil2388 What is the evidence for this in the bible? Paul had mentioned the womens hair is used for a covering. We aint suppose to make a truth claim about the Bible unless its very clear in the Bible. This is what we rely on, not tradition, not culture, not the world, not what others may say, not the news. All of that can and will bring confusion as too what the Bible states and what it doesn't. If you feel its sin not to wear it, that is your conviction.

    • @MadddyKayy
      @MadddyKayy Před 4 dny

      He did say that a women’s long hair is given to her for a covering, yes. However, when he said that he was using it as an analogy to point to the fact that even nature teaches that women need an additional covering. It is a symbol that women are under submission. If Paul is saying that a woman’s hair is the only covering needed 1 Cor 11:6 would make absolutely no sense. If a woman refuses to have long hair she should cut off her hair? It is very clear that Paul is referring to a cloth veil. (The Greek word that Paul uses for cover is defined as a veil which covered the hair and went on top of the head). Looking back at history, it is also very clear that Christian women have traditionally always covered their heads, not only when gathering the church but also in public, with a cloth veil until the last century. You cannot have a full understanding of the Bible unless you look into the original language that it was written in, the context, and the history.

    • @debraflores7775
      @debraflores7775 Před 4 dny

      @MadddyKayy this is why the KJV was translated out of the Greek and Hebrew so we don't have to go back, it is written in English which is what I speak and read. Why would God in all his wisdom who is the maker of all languages cut it short with English and thus I would have to go back? I can fully understand the KJV with no need of another language translation, God has revealed it to me, an English speaking person in my own language, becuase He is that wise!! I am not fluent in Greek or Hebrew but I am in English and God knows all things, he isn't powerless in language, He has communicated with English speaking people threw KJV in what His will is for our lives! Anyways, me and my husband read about the chapter, and when I read it it makes sense that if I women who has her hair short like man's hair cut (uncovered) it is a shame and mind as well be shaven, like bald. It never states that a women's long hair is a shame but a glory to her and vise versa, if a man has long hair it's unnatural, man should not have thier head (covered) it's like comparing the O.T. verse if a women puts on a man's garments it's an abomination,(I would assume it would be vise verse as well) well this is the same for hair lengths too (natural way of it women long hair and men short hair)but again God in all his wisdom stated to Paul in verse 16 of that chapter "But if anyman seemed to be contentious, we have no such custom neither the churches of God." As in this shouldn't be an issue in the church of God. If you personally feel the need to cover your head with a cloth sure go ahead but like I said that's your conviction, but we must be careful as we all come in account for the words spoken and teached.

    • @debraflores7775
      @debraflores7775 Před 4 dny

      Another good point is that if you get a concordance and find everytime "women" is mentioned in the Bible you will never find any other verse besides this one that talks about "head cover/uncovered" which is just the issue of hair length. If this indeed was something of GREAT important God word state it way more then once (like he does with many other doctines) and it would be ever so clear about cloths on womens head, but this is a little matter and shouldn't be hard to understand. I can also submit to my husband and have for many years without a cloth on my head. Prayers of mine have been answered and I don't pray with a a cloth on my head. But I always have had long hair and my husband has always had short hair, this is something worthy of noting.

      @hannahsimmons2343 I’m an Independent Baptist as well and I’m sure you realize most Baptist don’t veil, and it’s not a coincidence since we take pride in basing our teachings on scriptures and not tradition like Catholics do, that’s why I don’t subscribe to any covering (aside from the hair), because veil is not mentioned in Corinthians but hair IS mentioned and it’s called the covering. Totally agree God gives us grace to chose, for example he clearly instructs us to cover our nakedness and all throughout scripture we can see He calls the thighs our nakedness, so anything above the knee would break this rule, we have the freedom to wear knee length skirts/dresses all the way to ankle length. That is how we have liberty to chose based on clear verses.

    I see that Paul meant that our hair is our glory and honor and we are supposed to glorify and honor God in church and when praying (so we should cover our heads while praying). I don't think he meant it was sexual or immodest to show our hair. I don't find that in those scriptures.

    So much focus on the exterior. Clean the inside of the cup, and the outside will be clean also. A form of godliness but lacking power. It saddens me to see religiosity replacing heart purity and worship which produces Godly fruit already. "Do this, dont do that, dont touch this." All the while, Jesus emphasizes that we are only defiled by what comes out of the HEART. Not by wearing a pair of pants. 😔

    • @MadddyKayy
      @MadddyKayy Před 7 dny

      It is easy to read that verse (Matthew 23:26) and think that God does not care about dress or conduct but I want to highlight the fact that when Jesus said that he was speaking to the Pharisees, who completely ignored inner righteousness and traded it for man-made rules and traditions. However, women were given instructions in the New Testament for how to dress (these instructions are not self-made). The topic of pants matters, because it has to do with 1) modesty and 2) gender roles which are very important to individuals and to society as a whole. The instructions given for modesty are not just for show. They are to protect people and their hearts. True purity will be displayed through the outside. Hence why Jesus said when you wash the inside, the outside will be made clean. Righteousness is worthless without works (James 2:18-20). When God convicts a woman about modesty in her heart, she will change the way that she dresses as an outward display of her inward virtue. How can our hearts be truly pure when what we are wearing is a stumbling block of impurity to our brothers and sisters who we are called to love? Modern Christianity often forgets that Christianity is a religion. The Bible warns against man-made religion, while advocating for true religion (James 1:27). We are given instructions for how to live and we are called to believe in God and obey Him. While it is a relationship with Him, it is not just a relationship... It is a lordship. He is our master and we are His servants. Jesus says that when we do what He commands, we will be his friends (John 15:14).

      Problem is, today the exterior is totally neglected. Christian women out in yoga pants and crop tops all in the name of “saved by grace.” we are saved by God’s grace but he calls us to HOLINESS and wants our allegiance. The Lord says for a man to even look upon a woman to lust he’s committed adultery in his heart, The Lord goes as far to say, pluck your eyeball out of it causes you to sin because it’s better to enter heaven with one eye than to burn, so we’d be wise as women to steer FAR from tempting a man in this way. She’s giving some safe guidelines in her opinion, and I think Maddy’s teachings are desperately needed today.

    God tells believing women to veil themselves and believing men to lower their gaze. This is a command from Allah. This is the ruling from Islam, the only truth. God knows human beings better than we know ourselves, and knows how we should be guided in a way that protects us and gives us the most dignity

      Actually you are right to question this obvious flaw in the idea of head covering. If we are to stick to scriptures then where exactly does it say that some part of the hair that was still visible with the veil on? This is not reason by scripture it is simply one's opinion. What you should have also added is why when referring to how a woman is to adorn herself is not the veil even mentioned. It would seem like the perfect opportunity to mention it but he doesn't neither does Peter when he also talks about how a woman should adorn herself. Kudos on catching the conflict of claiming there is a visible part yet shows that it is not visible on screen.
