You will want to have ABS at least on light or default instead of off. GT7 is terrible with ABS off

"Pro" tip- GT7 is practically undriable w/o ABS at least on default if you want to be competitive.

I feel like you could've bought the logitech pro wheels + the adapter need to use it with your wheel for the same cost. The pro wheel base is 11/10 tbh

Best upgrade you could do is a basic cockpit, I have a playseat evolution, it made a massive difference to my lap times

BIG thing that can help a lot of people using Logitech Wheelbases is downloading "Wheel check" and "Lut Generator" (FOR PC USERS) these 2 things can help extremely with ffb factors and straightening out the curve of wheelbase to correct it. Pretty much helps you correct the input of the wheelbase to be more accurate. I highly recommend these 2 programs and looking into using them if you're on PC and have a Logitech Wheelbase.

feels weird to see someone throw so much time, money and effort on entry level playstation parts for sim racing. I kinda wanna see you partner with a company to try out some different high end sim rigs then build something up with help of dirt fish to get it as close to reality as possible.

Those ports on the stand are for USB ports. I have a double arm version of what you've got (sort of) and there are instructions on how to install a USB hub into the base of the mount. I'd also recommend using a hub for your laptop, it can be tucked away but give you access to loads of different I/O. Was the best thing I bought for my laptop.

I am pretty sorry, if I come a bit late into this long conversation. I have been exactly longing for such a device like this. Simply digital note-taker, pdf reader and that's it. Now, since I am just getting to know about this device, would you still recommend it in 2024? Do we expect a better, newer edition of either this or any other e-ink simple to-the-point device?
