      Hi Kwyu, Im not a Physio. I say this just in case you are coming with documentation that requires a physio. Iv helped a lot of people with Scoliosis and maligned hips. If you have a particularly severe scoliosis id recommend you see someone trained in the Schroth Method. I can help for mild to moderate scoliosis. Bowen therapy is particularly effective for scoliosis. Im located in Canberra. Where are you? Kind regards Chris

    You know what else will help? Isometrics, with the muscle in a shortened position, especially if done under water. After years of psin being gone in a day i now believe it's a weakness issue.

      Hi its great to hear you have found the root of your problem. Isometrics, eccentrics and concentric exercise have been known as the key to healing tendon issues for around 15-20 years. They are great until someone presents with a tendon pain that wont heal no matter what anyone does. That is where the gelatin and vitamin c can make a massive difference. I wish you a speedy recovery and rapid strength increases.

    My left foot is turned outwards when I am standing. Like I often catch myself in that position. My left hip can be weird and painful sometimes - It also lacks internal rotation. Can this exercise help with that since it stretches the external rotators? Sometimes, in that position I can feel the inner things working - should I also focus on that?

      Yes and hip external rotation. Incorporating the breath in the way he mentioned is the most efficient way to optimize mobility 👍

      Id say definitely. Its a stress reaction in the nervous system. This is why when doing PEC reversal exercises, people tend to feel really relaxed. Just blowing up a balloon can down regulate the over stimulated nervous system. Go to the PRI playlist on this channel and begin the exercises in order. 3 exercises for a week at a time

      Not to my knowledge. It is from Connor Harris’ training. PRI has the concept done in slightly different way. From what I have seen anyway mate.

      Sorry to hear mate. Definitely go see an osteopath or skilled Soft tissue therapist. Did you fall in your arm or shoulder or recent accident?

      @@canberrasofttissuetherapyr8228 no I’m certain it was after a workout and I can’t tell if it’s Delayed onset muscle soreness or tendinitis do you know how to tell the difference? And I’m on day three of this now it gets in my way of doing simple tasks but thanks for the help ❤️

      And would you recommend stretching even due to the pain? I do find stretching can give short term relief but will it just make the injury worse?

      I have been practising a 90 degree ZOA shift with left heel for weeks. My lower right back, on pelvis, would not move to floor, so I guess your exercise with legs apart just holding the ball somehow gave balance to the lower back, therefore allowing more breath to release it. Not sure if that made any sense.@@canberrasofttissuetherapyr8228
