I have not seen a decent long video of operation so here is my EnderWire running Canbus with a filament cutter running a ERCF 6 Carrot “Happy Hare V2 software” ERB Board, Sturdy Bunny, Triple Decky, Springy and Binky. It works amazing.

Very nice, like the clean wiring.
Sweet !
Whats your favorite cereal?
That was fast, congrats
Love the filamentalist!
Right on man!
wow dude, youve come a really long way since helping me with my sonic pad on FB. Awesome channel youve built
@@jamieclarke321 thank you brother
Looks like I need to carch up. I'm only about 18 printers behind you! 😂
So I'm officially impressed, a 0.2 with Carrot, I like the probe, am assuming the magnets also pass the switch info, is it a standard micro switch on there, I heard the click while doing the 25 point..
Haven't seen any other vids, but did you make the Carrot feeder from prints etc?
And more importantly will it run on a V0.2
Yes sir
@@pabski92yes I have 1 on my V0 as well ;)
Was about to ask what the box was, but then..
I seem to see that the toolhead you have is a mini stealthburner, have you had to make any modifications to change the filament or is it just software? I have a Micron and I would like to know if I could do it myself. I have only been able to see for stealthburner on github Thank you.
Trying to decide between a V2.4 or Trident. Thinking 350 plus a ERCFV2. Are you going to add a ERCF to this 2.4?
Very good buid. I'm building one too. I loved the raised bed, how did you make it? Was it a mod or did you design it?
github.com/VoronDesign/VoronUsers/tree/main/printer_mods/xbst_/Bed_Hinge
Thank you for the kind words
Fyi, there is no reason to brace the x axis with the rail on vorons which sit on the side. If anything you should brace the backside not the top. Plus you dont want the extra weight.
With sensor less being in the rear was interfering with the cable chain but thank you for your concern it’s been printing amazing. I’m super happy with how it turned out. I’m not all about speed
@gsx8299 you will have the metals expand at different rates, like I said, there is no benefit from bracing the x, only negatives
Was this a self sourced build?
Yes sir
Don't know what I am really looking at as I am just getting involved.. but I admire you ability to build this.
Thank you kind Sir
How did you get the motors so quiet?
A/B are running 48V
I SSH into pie like, every night
Congrats on building Voron.
Thank You.
Nice setup! What A/B motors do you have? On the video it sounds super quite! :D
Tbh I don’t know the exact model but they are LDO motors provided in the LDO V0.2 kit
Why do you have everything that far away?
I’m the builder on the ERCF team you need to keep in mind that from idea to concept to functional but modularity for testing is something I need in my setups so we can get configs correct for multiple units and electronics ;) testing longer lengths also puts more pressure on the entire system so I can see what it’s capable of. But a 900mm Bowden length I would not consider long.
Im almost done building my ercfv2 kit from TL. Cant wait to be doing multicolor
Nice looking setup! Would be nice to have an off buildplate location for the blobs. Looks like the V0 is space constrained but may work for other printers with more room to the sides/front/back.
Sick design! Wondering if any custom PCBs or metal parts may help for upcoming upgrade? We'd love to sponsor free services! (PCBWay zoey)
lets talk about this further I'm sure the community would love a few options. my email: tsteinhauer@me.com
The head should continue printing during the filament change. The ercf should be as close to the head as possible
I’m the master builder “gsx8299” on the team but thank you for your advise. I’m usually the one giving the advice 🤣 just so you know all my systems work flawless all the stuff that goes into our repo I test ;) and BTW this is my Modular Setup to test new gear, it’s just showing off blobifier and a passive rewinder, some new electronics from BTT coming out soon. Though I’d still have to disagree with your assumptions. I work with Moggie on HH testing and I assure you this is working correct as coded in HH 2.5.x Software. I assume you have a custom setup with Custom macros and if so that would be awesome to hear. Catch us on Voron Discord where discussions get deeper ;)
What is the poop mod, procedure?
It’s a custom “Blobifier” macro
Can you share your modified macro?
@@gsx8299 Any chance of sharing the macro? Would love to do this to mine. Hate prime towers.
@@m00seeee here are my configs but be warned it may be turned off i do alot of testing github.com/Tyler8299
@@marcusp2905 here are my configs but be warned it may be turned off i do alot of testing github.com/Tyler8299
It still looks like filament came out even after the first poop, does it have a nozzle cleaner before it starts the print again?
No the blob pulls off lingering ooze
@@gsx8299 at 2:27 or so, you can see some ooze on the nozzle after it knocks the blob and goes back to the print
To be honest, I don’t sit there and watch these videos. I just post them to help others out in the end. I never saw anything that affected the print so it must’ve fell off the table before I saw it. Or stuck to the nozzle and removed with following blob
im like 2 months into my 3d printing journey about to recieve an svo8 (my 3rd printer) and these stealthburners look like black magic! id love to know how to setup one of those with the screens
The Knomi screen? It’s easy….. just WiFi
clever idea but still bambu like. I like the IDEX idea and no waste. I don't think IDEX will fit in V0.2 so I like yours as good.
Check out dueling zeroes
Link to the STLs?
github.com/SkiBikePrint/Filamentalist
Nice.
can you share the files for the door handle and hinge?
when it will be available to the public? this pasive rewinder?
It’s available now ;) github.com/SkiBikePrint/Filamentalist
Love the carrot Icon on the 3D printer head 🥕🥕
Looks great but the bunny ears look even cooler
wow, nice, my tip forming but it doesnt kick the purge after filament change. can share the macro for doing that?
It’s “Blobifier” with a custom Section of code in the .cfg
Can make that tap atleast triple faster, damn that's slow
I use adaptive mesh so it’s never that long lol I just ran a full bed mesh for the video
Doesnt the poop pusher take away a decent amount of print space? you for sure cant put any models near that corner
the entire system works for very specific scenarios, you can't print stuff too tall (or else the print will collide with the tophat/ptfe tube/wiring), and can't print on the entire front of the bed (or else the print will collide with the x axis extrusion). Overall I would consider this more of a poc than a final approach
@@HitLuca94 well said. Not everyone can make there systems as modular as some.
Can you please share the link or the documentation for the tool head ?
Change the display for the nozzle/sensor one's LCD screen to be a COD style teabagging animation, with a squat every time the nozzle touches the bed.
The mechanism that holds the probe to the fan, is that guaranteed not to shift over time? Is the way it connects 100% repeatable, every time? Just wondering. This shit is insane. Ive seen it in person.
Okay, I have not seen the real fast probe on the 2nd machine. WTF is that.
@@MysteryDbeacon
Is there a filament cutter in the toolhead? I really like how it doesn't use a purge block and you dont need additional nozzle wipers etc.
No I’m tip forming
@@gsx8299hi what is tip forming?

Can you share the buffer instalation??
looks bufferless as the spools have a rewind mechanism. buffer only needed if you dont have some fancy whizbang auto rewinder.

@@gsx8299 Thanks!! :)
Why are there 3 candy corns hanging inside the enclosure??
Making them for you 😊
Is the kiragami bed really stiff enough for the probe?
Thank you! the delivery on this line was hilarious 12:48
where can I find that front door handle
How did you prevent the plastic from twisting in the buffer with so many turns in it? More than 2 turns does not work for me. Its just stuck.
