The constitution was written for the 85% hindus only and with inclusion of other religions....this fact has been forgotten under the shadow of secularism....the constitution at the start in 1950 was not secular....it was added later....

Constitution of india or constitution for minorities has been the most misrepresentated and misinterpreted constitution in the world....in 1950, hindu were 85% of population and rest 15% were other religions....the test of "vulnerability" was applied to give cultural and educational rights to the "vulnerable" communities so article 29 and article 30 were written....these articles 29 and 30 were in conflict with word "equality" in preamble and article 14....today in 2024, we know test of "vulnerability" has failed because all communities have grown in population and hindu have decreased in population....hence with failed test both article 29 and article 30 seems to be null and void....it is supposed to be a dysfunctional article....
