I was wondering how you feel about combining the sirui 125x anamorphic adapter with the sigma 18-35 1.8 ? Thinking of using this combo for a short film project but no idea if it would work. I did a double take when i saw the pipe and the pipe flange on plywood. I've built something almost identical. And I use APS-C!! Finally a vid with something smaller than full frame digital.

How do you combine CC and F-log considering there are no official Fujifilm LUTs for CC and for the other sims? Do you do it manually, do you use your own or third party LUTS?

What is really weird to me is that we can download the Eterna LUT and the Eterna BB LUT, but no LUTs for other film simulations. That should be really easy for them to offer. I hope they will in the future.

Any tips on the best types of videography to pair with this to give the best Super 8 feel? Like is shooting at lower vs. higher aperture better? EDIT: Just saw you literally explain this at 34:30

Just tested with my X-S20 and the FLOG2 1250 ISO had me for a loop. Picked up a variable ND after a few test shots not realizing how high that was.

Congrats great video I love the color of your footage i just wanna know do you color grade heavily for these results or the color science of Fuji helps in some way? I mean if you shoot in Flog2 then make the color space transform do the colors look great? I know that we have to always color grade our footage I just want to know if we can see the Fuji film look already after colocar space transform and then work more on the color, and the skin tones are very beautiful on your footage do you have to do a lot of work for that results? I have a blackmagic pocket cinema camera 4K and love the colours but I am thinking on selling it I want a camera that helps me to be more quick on the shooting day like I work Alone and I do music videos by the way I want a camera that give me great color and data that I can color grade easily (like my bmpcc4k)

Great in-depth video. I am now deciding between Sony (A7CII or A6700) & Fujifilm (X-S20 or X-H2) for my church photo/video work (one-man show). The XF18-120 F4 sounds like a great all-in-one lens for a one-man crew; had to simultaneously film videos and capture photos. Any advice?

The X100V get beautiful footage in short bursts, but its limitations are well documented. Thanks for making this a fairly easy decision!

Damm the images are good with these lenses ! Which Fuji camera did you use here ? On an apsc senser the 16mm would translate to like a 24mm is that correct, which means 24mm on xh2s?

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on the Laowa nanomorphs. They're anamorphic with 1.5x squeeze but don't have any variable squeeze issues like some of the entry level anamorphic lenses for sale.

besides the 4k 120 and 6 k open gate , I dont see why the xh2 wouldnt work for you as all of your videos have a dreamy look to them, no whip pans are happening in them lol, I have an xh2 and 4k 60 is not great. My xt3 has better 4k60
