I have some stupid b-roll footage and comments in this video that will drive radio folks crazy. Such as a demo of the antenna at the wrong frequency with respect to its design. I later demonstrate operating the antenna at 5.935MHz towards the end of the video. ~55:57 3D Prints files can be found here (4" Dia Rigid Duct Clamps & Couplers): www.thingiverse.com/thing:3705271 The Objectives • Need ...

This is an FPGA project written in Verilog which process scan codes received from the USB HID Host controller on the Basys 3. It then takes those scan codes and converts them to 8-bit (2-digit) Hex codes which correspond to the ASCII character table. Once converted, these codes are displayed on the 7-segment display of the Basys 3 FPGA development/training board. Below is my references (credit ...

I landed here due to a incompatibility on two equipment with I2S implementation on HDMI. Does anyone know a company who works on custom HDMI pinouts cables? I just need a cable with pin 1 to pin 3 and pin 7 to pin 9 swapped. I found one, but they have a minimum order requirements. I just need one cable. In the meantime, I will watch this awesome video when I get home. Thank you so much!
the capacitance in the vacuum is LOWER than the capacitance in air
So did you ever actually get the antenna to resonate on HF? WWCR seemed pretty weak and I didn't see much of a noise peak on the SDR.
Google search says 138 might be a military radar. The police have been moving to encrypted radios.
Nikola tesla..albert Einstein and lee edskalnin would be proud of you....and feel happy working with you..!
Love your work...your my hero.. beautiful work
Did you get some time to write a tutorial?
Cool video but you lost me once I saw the cat
Excellent lecture! Perfectly paced. Isn’t it great that amongst the thousands of stupid cat videos on CZcams, we have gems like this 😄.
Amazing man!
Awesome video, what would happen if the video channel is BGR?
Great job. Very well explained.
I wonder what the basic resonance frequency of this huge loop is. Certainly not 139MHz or 239MHz. At first I thought this is a loop for frequencies below 100kHz. But very interesting, thanks for the video!
Why is there no balun at the feeding point of the small loop?
I have no power at zero ?
Great Video, very nicely explained
When the HDMI cable is attached to the new ROKID video glasses, you cannot just turn off the sound on the glasses, very disturbing to people next to you. They have in line connectors that allow you to break out stereo audio which you can use to transmit blue tooth audio for ear buds. BUT you cannot still shut off the audio in the glasses. Any wire or stop plug on any of the connector socket holes be altered to shut off sound going to the glasses? Simply, any wire to cut to cut off sound to the receiving end? Possible addiing another connector with deleted audio thru to glasses?
thank you ! 👍
Insult anyone?
Why dont they stop this "wires" crap and make a more advanced version of Toslink.
It seems to me that transmitting next to such an antenna is very unhealthy. It is very effective and impressive, but you can get leukemia??
No. Not unless their transmitting with x-rays and above, and even that only raises your chances of getting something and is not a garuntee of any type of cancer.
RF is non-ionizing radiation. You won't get leukemia.
Hi, thanks for your good presentation I have a question, i wanted to design a digital video recorder so that support HD-SDI, HDMI and PAL formats and be able to save them, can you give me a guidence please
Nice. A little bit of Gene Scott on 5.935.
Thanks for the video, what antioxidant paste brand you used ? Thank you
Great Job Super Knowledge on HDMI👋 I want to know HDMI to USB femail / mail cable for 4K video, is it possible? please let me know which brand its making. Thanks in advance 🤝
I see no reference to you having a call sign or doing any transmitting, Is this a recieve only ntenna or can it be used to transmit also?
I'm a little surprised that you didnt print the divider in the prmary <feed> loop. Wood can absorb humidity and change the performance.
LOUD AND CLEAR, LOUD AND CLEAR !!!
I was wondering if you could help me with the order in which the different wires go when replacing a broken hdmi tip
loose the sh1t music ffs!.
E S repetaed
why is DDC the twisted pair instead of HEAC+/-?
What antenna would you build if you could build any kind?
This is useful to watch while reading the specification.
I don't get it. You go to the lengths of 3D printing those parts, and then you make the coupling insulator out of a piece of wood.
Low cost prototype
@@TookBurrow because a non organic material is so expensive.
Again, he printed up the other parts and used a piece of wood in a small, crucial part.
So what is the circumference of the primary loop?
Well made! Amazing video!

Me at 3AM accidentally breaking pin number 9 and trying to comprehend what I lost:
One of my worst fears is breaking a pin I soldered onto my board 😭 I'm lucky to be new so it hasn't happened yet.
Thanks for the very detailed and informative video 🙏 I was trying to connect my point and shoot camera to a TV with a HDMI cable, but the problem i have is , when connecting the hdmi cable, the camera lcd screen shuts off, and output the image only via the hdmi cable. But i want booth to be working, the camera screen and the connected TV. I know its a software issue in the camera, but is there might be a hardware workaround in the HDMI socket? I tried to block the "HPD" terminal in the socket and CEC، but didnt work.
Error at 12:45, TMDS channels are a Balanced pair of lines so that common mode noise rejection can be exploited.
That religious stuff is what steered me away from short wave radio, it got old. But stupid me did not look into the ham bands because my radio didn't have the ability to receive them. Getting back in the saddle soon.
😂
50 Dollar cap!! I can't find a variable capacitor for less then 180 bucks out on the net and most of the ones that look like yours are 350 Bucks. . Looks like I will be making a trombone capacitor out of copper pipes. eek !! $$$$ For the cost of one average cap you can buy a loop antenna prebuilt and ready to go.
cool shit
I was thinking, how can I get that aluminium pipe, suddenly it clicked that cooking gas stove outer pipe (though it has low diameter) can be available.i think , in fixing kitchen chimney, this type of pipe use as exaust.
It is flexible dryer vent pipe
I have been searching for a solution to encode 5.1 RCA from a DVD player (and 4 RCA from a quad turntable) but only find 2x RCA stereo to HDMI converters for sale online. I was contemplating if such a converter is only doing the audio to a couple of the physical wires, would it be possible to take a second converter and hard wire it to the first converter for the additional audio then have my receiver take in that audio stream over HDMI. Please let me know if you think having two such devices together would possible work or not. I can see if the HDMI is sitting there waiting for the additional audio streams which are obviously missing being only a stereo converter, or if there's more to it. @tookburrow
People have no idea how much time and knowledge is behind a 15 Min. video LOL I have been a Ham for almost 30 years and still learn every day, WWCR is World wide christian radio I have been listening to them for decades
Very good prentation. Which pin can use for stereo audio for standard? Or if i want to do project or modification. Pls someone help me. Thks
Hi what brand remote start did you use?
