@@cynical_chai8922 my company signed me up for a 8 hour class online. Plus I also study using the ServiSafe video on CZcams. The videos on here can actually help you. Make sure you study Food Temp , and dishwashing temp. How to proper sanitize the surfaces and equipment.

@@kenyvillalta Take your time and thoroughly read the questions. The wording on some of the questions can trick you. Also, a lot of the questions are the same but with different wording. I put a little star (that I deleted at the end) so I knew which questions were similar and went back to check they were all answered right. The rest wasn’t too hard. Good luck tomorrow 😊!!

PA also means Product Assessment Required. TCS means time/temperature control for safety food. NON-TCS foods is a food which will not support the growth of disease-causing bacteria.

Taking a course right now , finished the book and all the practice tests they gave us . Non of them covered half of these questions for some reason .
