i beg to differ. the littorio is a very good t8 and doesnt deserve the hate for being a inaccurate ship. it has very good guns with punch AP that citadels almost everything at its tier at far ranges (except high tier russians and german BB of course).

I think you were trying to torp from really far distance (a bit justified because of Petro) but i believe the real strengh of this DD is close torping, below 10klm and its canons in close DD engagements

Eh... Wisconsin is 2x the ship RI is. Rhode Island's AP just isnt good enough. Needs maybe 5-7% more penetration, and 5-10% better angles, closer to Buffalo/DM AP angles. These weak "improved AP" angles arent good enough to make up for the crap armor and poor pen.
