In USA Labor Day always falls on the first Monday in September and is a national holiday so most people have it off for a 3 day weekend. It started in 1882 so we've been doing it a long time.
This is why I ALWAYS try out my ASW at the beginning of the game, if I see a sub on either side, just to get a feel for it or - like in this case - a reminder. Ooops.
The US does have Labor Day, we invented it, AND we celebrate it as a long three day weekend, like most holidays. If a holiday falls during a week day (say the middle of the week) it's usually attached to the weekend before or the weekend after the event. Usually before.
@@iffracem Don't think you're going to win this one because International Workers’ Day actually originated in the U.S. On May 1, 1886, in what came to be known as the Haymarket Riot, workers flooded Chicago streets to demand an eight-hour workday. This became Labor Day. I know that because I'm FROM Chicago, and I'm actually TWO blocks away from Haymarket AND the monument. LOL.
I have the Conde and have 5 of the Battleships as well. Now that I have the cash for the next Cruiser super ship.. but do not know the order to pick. Thoughts anyone? I'm a Middle of the road player.
At least "Labour Day" or "8 Hours Day" celebrates something that helped the "common man", namely mandating a fixed working day/week. "Mothers Day", "Fathers Day", "Valentines Day" are just made up retail events to promote spending. (I'd argue Christmas has become the same)
Veggies do not taste amazing. They can be ok sometimes, but a pizza or a cheeseburger will always win. Apple slices will never be better than a bag of chips. No fruit in the world is more satisfying than french fries, etc.

Throws the carry.
Trenlass: Still a decent game, I cant complain.
Everyone else can complain, though. You had that.
He forgot how his ASD worked....

US may have invented their version (Labor day) but other places in the world had their own versions and movements, often called "8 hours day"

Here’s one: in the US, we celebrate Cinco De Mayo (5th of may) and its a Mexican national holiday to remember their independence from France lmao.
i fear this super ship the most...in the hands of a good player its scary what they can do

If you really want a cruiser supership, Annapolis is obviously just as busted as Conde. The others are not nearly as powerful, but can still be fun.
Ive played them all, love the Edgar myself. Mino is probably my favorite boat in the game.
👏.
I'm sad it doesn't destroys DDs as good as Mino, why did they made it use normal fuse time...😢

You got to cook your veggies better than. They are amazing when done right
@solace6633 No, they are just cooked veggies. Not awful, but never greater than the lowest tier of "good' food.
