Great job on this one. Fantastic video! Really like this version, liked it ever since I first heard it! I myself am a big Monkees fan, also a Davy Jones fan. He is underrated as a solo artist. The recent re-release of "Incredible!" brings that into clearer focus. It was the album the Monkees should have done in 1986, but didn't. So Davy did it himself. Rest in peace, Manchester Cowboy. Your fans love you and still miss you!

Hello Johnny, this show just popped up on my phone, I just finished sending my personal feelings to a write up about, Neil Dimond, and why he is no longer performing 😢 I sent who ever will be reading my message to him and his whole family ❤ I mentioned to Neil, Thanking him for writing, and giving The Monkees the songs he wrote. I mentioned, that they gave me great joy for many yrs. Which helped me to discover his BELOVED, BEAUTIFUL GIFTS ❤ I told him, he and his beloved family will be for ever in my prayers and heart ❤ Now Johnny, my reason for writing to you, when I finished my message to Neil, your work you recorded, of David, you and the rest of the band and his wife Jessica. Thank you, I was a bit sadden by the news ,that has been out today about Neil's health 😢 Thank you, for always being there for all of us ❤ I feel like ever since our David Jones, left us, you have been there, in some BEAUTIFUL WAY , YOU ALWAYS CHEER ME UP ❤ DAVID WOULD LOVE, THAT OF YOU ❤ I was befriended by him ,back in April 77, after a NYC show he and Micky performed , at the Riverboat Cafe . When David asked my name and where I was from, his eyes lit up! And he started asking me if I written letters to him. Well, it turned out, he'd loved them for yrs.! Because they weren't the usual fan letters and he told me, that they had become to him, like a chat.,and said ,there have been times he really needed that chat. He asked for my phone number and he told me ,now I may not call ya, but you never know? He said, he was very busy and he had no time for anything, any more! Johnny, over the yrs. he went from a friend to a friend with a father's heart. Peter Thorkelson befriended me also , and was the same way, just our David, was the English, Welshman version, and Peter was the American hippie version❤ Jennifer McLeod was also very dear to me ❤ Johnny, I so very glad, you were so close to David, and his family ❤ He really needed someone to be with like you were in his life ,like a Son , I felt Jerry Reno was to him in the past ❤ DAVID, l felt had a lot of, personal pain not many knew about, only his closest ❤ THANKYOU FOR BEING ,ONE OF HIS CLOSEST ❤ I FEEL A LOVE IN MY HEART, FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ❤ MAY I SAY, MAY THE BLOOD OF JESUS COVER YOU AND YOUR BELOVED FAMILY❤ ALWAYS ❤ MARY

I loved watching reruns of the Monkeys at my Grannys house in Ireland back in the 90s . I'm only 34 but Davey was loved by many generations.

All of you Monkees fans still gave me an idea. This is what I had in mind. Have the Monkees appear in one of the Gilligan's Planet comic book issues. I also got bruised really bad when the DC Comic book hero front cover artist has infringed on every Dick Tracy fan. He depicted Harley/Swier Durcholz going up against Dick Tracy. The DC Comic book hero story writer failed to be direct. He didn't depict Batman going up against Dick Tracy. It's just that I know reality too well. You want me to go tell this to Mariska Hargitay? If you expect to find one Dick Tracy impersonator in a New York DC Comic book hero convention center, you can just as might as forget, because you're not going find any. You can't force someone to love whoever you want them to love. & besides, Dick Tracy represents a man of the Lord God. The Batman fans also knows that Dick Tracy is an investigator.

OMG! So beautiful, touching and somehow ironic this was his last recording. Almost like his farewell song to all, especially his beloved family and The other Monkees.😢😢❤❤ RIP dearest Davy. Always loved and remembered. Thanks for multiple generations of happiness!
