"Marley Purt Drive" - Crystal Drive performing a Bee Gees song (live 1973)

Crystal Drive was a cover band based in Madeira Beach, Florida during the early 1970s. In the US "Marley Purt Drive" is best known as a deep cut on The Bee Gee’s landmark ODESSA album, but in foreign markets it was a hit single as covered by Jose Feliciano, Ole & The Others (Scandinavia), Bonny St. Clair, Victor Scott (Trinidad), and others. The Crystal Drive take was performed live on Thanksgiving 1973 and features the lead vocals and guitar of the late Jeff Lloyd.

This video* is part of an ongoing effort to express gratitude and pay tribute to Jeff, and I aim to post more media about him in days to come.
