First - I want to thank you for your lets plays. It is almost everyday highlight. I would like to watch your next run of this game, but I would preffer to watch game that you are enjoying. So, If I may... play this game only if it doesnt mean suffer for you :)

I agree with the others. A restart with the learnings from this run might be in order. Unfortunately, one seems not be able to recover some bad rounds. It seems that you fall behind too quickly to be able to recover even with some very good rounds. I do not like this game design, because the runs are either unwinnable or you roflstomp the AI after you successfully won the beginning of the game. It makes for a much more satisfying experience if one is able to fight back, even after the occasional defeat.

yeah, i believe it will be good time to new run. plus , you got quite bad seed, wall of hives and critical items in infestation....

I hope creating these great videos relaxes you a bit and is a good counterbalance to the stress you have IRL. At least for me, the videos always relax me :) So, thanks!

Id say its more up to you MC, end of the day if youre not enjoying it then theres no point trying suffer through it. 100% youll have restart it seems you were fully in a death spiral.

6:44 nuke hits AFTER a monster moves so it moved to chase after your city and went up one title causing the nuke to miss and if all else fails you can directly fight it with your mechs and it wont have any nests spawning enemies to support it (unless you are in a storm) and maybe you will succeed and yeah i deffinetly would like to see more provided that the game isnt boring you out

looks like a very hard game, maybe the developers should make a easy mode so the people can learn before trying it at his glorius intended normal difficulty

Assault Rifle is cool but it bugs me that it uses handgun ammo instead of an intermediate cartridge. Which effectively makes this not an ''assault'' rifle.

I think a restart is probably warranted for this.

Was a good attempt MC, but for the sake of your sanity walk away and play better more fun games. Theres difficulty then theres punishing yourself. Plus, it sounds like you really aint enjoying yourself anymore.

You should try fighting the one near your city maybe you can beat it the circumstances ur gonna be fighting it in wont be the best... but u should still try also at 10:35 the nuke hit but the giant monster lived since its one of those centipedes and the beastiary states that they can survive a nuclear blast also yellow: centipede red: the big beetle thing

Ahh, my least favorite kind of game difficulty. You either do well at the start and snowball into unstoppable success, or you drop behind the curve and have no way of recovering. I know nothing about this game and I haven't see enough of it to be sure they are using this kind of design, but it would sure suck if starting over is the only option.

Im rooting for you MC, ive tapped out on this game just dont have the time or patience these days to blunder through a game this obtuse and unintuitive. Im all for challenge but I just feel this game actively punishes you for wanting to play it.

Might be worth altering the big rocket launcher to have a minimum engagement range so they have minimum safe distance. Not sure if it will stop them absent mindidly shooting walls at PB though.

I think the mech went down so quickly against the spider because it got stuck and was then focused down by two spiders.

I still can't get over how good this game looks. The pixelated look is perfect. The lighting is phenomenal. It's like looking into the future but also the past. Such an amazing style that just looks right.

Yea MC, the gold monsters will eat the red monsters and poop out another gold, the biomass will eventually birth a red who the golds will go after if they are close enough and continue their circle of life lol

I remember using the elevator as a stash spot until I lost an item I didn't want to lose. I would eventually use the area outside of the elevator on the Engineering level. Had to go through a loading screen every time, of course, but it was a quick load with great real estate.

If you dont want to deal with nest but want to pas through the tile use nuke to clear it andyou can safely pass the nest

My testing with singgle mec double rapid laser can melt brucus instantly if mod with fire or acceleration mod. And don't forget red Lining it if can

Dont nuke the gold swords it doesnt hurt them, they are pretty sedentiary and only come at you if you get close.
