Your music if Florentine not associated with sicily? Why?
What’s the music playing in the background
Did he rip ass at 5:08???
Thank you for a great recipe and tutorial.
been usin sweet marsala for years in my meat dishes. dry ain't bad in a pinch, but I think sweet has more flavor.
No onions or garlic n it’s a little dry
I cooked this after I watched Columbo TV series about a chef killed another chef. I found your recipe and cooked WOW WAS it good 👍 God bless you 🙏❤
Huh? No garlic no fresh parsley??
Drenching the inside of the mushroom with tons of water
Outstanding
Thank you for Puccini!!!
Cara Jentzen knows how to make veal marsala not this guy
Wanted to learn but music made me only annoyed enough to leave this message.
As simple as the recipe, thank you.
I tried with beef stock and chicken stock. I think I like using beef stock better, it gives more robust flavor 😉 I also add worchestershire sauce 😋
At 8:00 he forgets what he's cooking and says chicken marsala instead of veal.
The music ruined your video.
I agree it should be ass shaking hip hop
Now we’re ready to “plate” this: pours entire contents of pan onto plate🤦🏻♀️. Question: his mis en place of salt & pepper- was that for decoration? Never got used. The Marsala... never burned off the alcohol prior to adding the meat back in. So, no seasoned meat, no seasoned flour, had to leave the veal in the pan in an EXCESSIVE amount of time so that alcohol burned off so it would be over cooked. Is this his first video?
I'm looking at different video's and have only seen one that burned off the alcohol. I would think that you would, but again...I've only seen one burn off the alcohol.
Yo nigga can someone tell me what the fuck this is?
God it’s a terrible music, super difficult to read it’s the most outrageous video I ever seen.
I love you
I ve you
He never says when or in what to add the salt and pepper! I’m guessing to put it in the flour!
Tastes even better the next day.....Thanks, easy to follow. Loved it.
if those are Porcini, i am Brad Pitt ahahahahahah
too thick a sauce, would've like it a lil bit more juicier.
I love the instruction but couldnt they have played some nice gypsy jazz guitar like Django Reinhardt in the background? Mama Mia!!!!!!
It doesn't exist an Italian version of this recipe, because it's not italian.
@dom domtwitermail the wine is Sicilian but the dish was created in the 19th century by English families who lived in Sicily, then they brought this dish in England, it's more famous in the UK and USA than in Italy.
@dom domtwitermail even English people living in Sicily? Are you Italian? We usually use red and dry white wine to cook, anyway.
Scaloppine Marsala is a very Italian recipe. You don't know what you're talking about.
Wish I could see the recipe
No garlic or onions, thats not how Italian eat it looool, this like the Martha Stewart version lol
Maybe some shallots but not needed.
Tried it today over veal scallopini. Awesome! I added onions and garlic to the mushrooms and used about 1/4 cup of AP flour. Kept the chicken stock and Marsala measurements the same. Absolutely delicious and will be using it often.
What about semisecco
Semisecco is fine but difficult to find. Thanks Danny.
BRAVA 💐🍀🥂😘
i will come back when the annoying background noise stops, which i'm guessing won't be anytime soon
Con el vino de masala Lombardo todo se prepara riquísimo, fabulosa receta.
It was good till you was reheating it in the microwave. 🤦♂️
Great job! No fresh garlic?
Thanks! Yes, there so many variations of Marsala recipes and even I like to use garlic but this is the basics as far as ingredients go in a Marsala recipe..
Great ideal to add the flour to the mushrooms while sauteing. Toasting the flower thickens up the roux faster and leaves a nutty taste behind.
I ALWAYS WANDERERED WHAT HAPPENED TO JIMMY GREAVES.NOW I KNOW!
No shallots, no chicken stock? (An awful lot of Marsala!)
My thoughts also Dolores! No garlic! Oh my!!
Oh Gosh, please this is not Mexican Cousine . . . this is Italian food. Come back when you are ready :-)
Video keeps freezing up at the same point t r ied several different days and times.
Good video. The music almost makes it unbearable
Very nice video! Although I like to add a little heavy cream to my Marsala dishes!
This is the recipe's foundation and hold the common ingredients every Veal Marsala recipe uses. Onion, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and other spices can all be added to this recipe ascan Chicken stock. It all about what flavors you like and add to enhance this dish to your particular taste.
Cut up and serve with fettuccine. My favorite.
Chicken stock or no???
Il Marsala lombardo??? Ahahah
Lombardo è la marca
the music is so relaxing
Ingredients • 10 oz. Package of mushrooms • 2 Tbsp. Flour • Salt & pepper to taste • 1/8 cup Olive oil (2 Tbsp.) • ½ cup Chicken Stock • 1 cup Lombardo Marsala Dry. • Note: this is a basic recipe (a starting point). Feel free to add your own flavors and spices along the way. Instructions • Thoroughly rinse and clean the mushrooms under running water. • Mix mushrooms, salt & pepper together. • In a non-stick pan add the olive oil and mushrooms to the pan. • Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. • Lower the heat and add the chicken stock and Marsala. • Return the heat to medium high and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes or until the sauce has reduced to a rich consistency.
You forgot the add two tablespoons of flour step
Can't wait to try this!
how bout if u make veal soup or turtle soup recipe
It does look like veal stew, doesn't it? Too much wine. Where is the garlic? Where is the veal stock? This recipe does not seem right.
