My son is in 3rd grade in Temecula. He gets a little bit of homework. Last year he only had to read for 20 minutes a day. I’m not a fan of homework for kids because they are already there so much of the day. I only get about 4 hours with my kids after I get off work and before their bed time. They also do extra curricular activities after school a few days a week so it’s hard to fit homework and everything else in.

Hard pass on that HOA fee (only goes up, never goes down) and the skyhigh property tax. I'm good with the real estate investors buying all of these up.

For this price and a two story, this house should have at least 5 bedrooms.

And why the hell Would you not show the inside of that RV garage??!!? Waste of time

The schools you pointed out are in the Hemet Unified School District. This neighborhood is in San Jacinto (SJUSD) and kids would have to go a couple miles to the south or east. Record elementary, Monte Vista Middle School, San Jacinto High School.

nice house but 1.6 can get you a house in San Diego no commute, then you also have to pay mella roos probably for the school district. But if you want kids in one of the best school districts, then this mansion in Temecula is worth it.

Most people trash talking San Jacinto probably havent lived there. I lived there 6 years, its a great affordable place to start. San Jacinto gets a bad rep because of Hemet but hardly ever does the rifraff makes it way to the neighborhoods. The bad areas are closer to Saboba casino. The biggest cons to San Jacinto is how far away it is from the amenities (freeways) you'd find in the bigger cities and the healtchare options are terrible. You will be driving a lot if you like doing things in LA SD and OC. I just moved 15 minutes North to Beaumont because the freeway access is very important to me. But I miss my home in San Jacinto. 😢

Thanks for showing us how to get out of Riverside. That pretty much sums up Riverside. You don't want to live there.

That HOA fee is diabolical

I'm sure flood insurance would be necessary since one would be next to the lake or dam.

There is the King’s Hawaiian 🌺 that’s all that matters 😊 . . . . and there’s no other branch anywhere in L.A. County except a store where you can pick up during holidays 😂 cause the main store is packed for pick up they had to convert the parking lot to pick up goodies.

I’m looking to buy up there, or surrounding area. I work in the LA schools now. I know first hand how kids can be bullied. I have two high school kids, what worries me is the demographics over there. I prefer my kids around Latino. Since you have kids out there what has been your or kids experience with the demographics?

I just left Menifee for North Carolina. 6 years I spent in this area. Let me tell you if you’re thinking of So. Cal. you don’t want to pick Perris or Hemet. Crime is off the charts with gangs running rampant in these areas, something this guy won’t tell you.

Bring back $400K homes. lol Most of those homes are over $600K now.

Wondering if i can buy a lot there and put a single wide mobile home there...hmm..
