Anywhere with an HOA is BAD, because they dictate what tree and plants you're allowed to plant in your own property, etc. too many rules and regulations enforced by Karens!
💯 true it's slavery someone telling you what you can in can't do it's prison without bars
They can be a bit much at times, but as long as people don't try to do crazy things, everything runs smoothly
Build some pools my guy what are you doing ???? It’s bad enough the weather is hot add some pools for the kids what are you cheap ?????????????!!!!!!!!!
You've obviously never had to live in a planned community with meth addict neighbors who spend all day disassembling cars and lawn mowers in the driveway and have parts littered all over their yard. Good luck selling your home when buyers have to see that. Good luck resolving a dispute with your wife beating, alcoholic neighbor who parks his broken down RV in the front of his house and is too lazy to take care of his yard.
Exciting to view new houses in new cities
It's too crowded out here. They haven't kept up with building enough roads; it's like LA
@@danielcalas8747 I have almost lived here for a year and my mom has lived here at least 10 years.
@@grneyedlady1 oh you've obviously never been stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on the 15 from Temecula to Corona, and then getting on the 91 West and dealing with the same thing for the next 15 miles.
Nice
I need a house that not to close to each other. I want to grow my food.
@@Flub_Kub Arizona and Texas has some good deals. You can get a USDA loan for low down payment in a rural area and build your house on top of it.
We have a ton of new beautiful homes in Winchester & west Hemet.
French Valley too!
They have HOA’s, includes parks, playgrounds. New one south of Del Webb Solera has a clubhouse & a pool. This whole area is booming.
Lake Elsinore is getting to crowded. Traffic get jam everywhere.
I agree HOA s think they own your house. If you miss paying your HOA they can foreclose… immediately… by federal law…CCR’S are federal laws. You never own your property if an entity can come and take it even if you paid it off. Don’t miss that HOA payment. 😊
I've noticed.... hopefully when all this building is done it helps
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal when all this building is done, it will only get worse. I've lived in SoCal for 30 years, and each and every year, the congestion gets worse, and worse and worse and worse. Nothing will make it get better. The congestion along the 15 corridor between Temecula and Corona is enough to make any sane person want to leave California for good. On top of that, Lake Elsinore is a hellscape of nothingness. I just can't imagine being in a circumstance to have to live there. I would much rather die.
Major props get your hustle on, money never sleeps.
😮They will also have 50 foot high mega warehouses built below the new homes. They say it will be amazon with 246 loading docks, running 24x7. Mega warehouses one million plus s.f. and approx. 800,000 s.f. warehouses. It's in the works, the city approved a 346,000 dollar ceqa/environmental impact report a month ago.
I agree man, and those same warehouse workers will team up and two families will buy those homes and cars parked everywhere
That would be terrible... Where are those supposed to go? Right off the fwy right there?
No, they will be built below these homes at nichols road and Terra cotta road. The view will be of a 50 foot high mega-warehouse.
You should mention the height of the ceiling. Also mention what is standard and what is upgrade.
What’s up with the crack on the stucco by the front door on the first home?
I love the black and white. I’m in OC and I wanted to see other areas that aren’t so congested, but still not in the middle of no where. I will take your number down. I saw you do all areas of So cal. It’s just my dog and i but need a new beginning after a fire and really hard last 2 years. Tiger
Sorry you've had a few tough years. Good times are ahead! Yes, reach out whenever. I'd love to help!
If you driving from Los Angeles orange or Ontario, that 15 s is horrible until dos Lagos….. mad traffic at 1400 to 1800hrs good luck
Suggestion: when you're showing multiple houses it would be VERY helpful to divide the video into sections for easy access to review specific ones. Thanks.
Thanks for the feedback! I used to do this but stopped late last year. I'll try again on my next video.
There is one junior olympic pool and no jacuzzi for 825 homes. Few amenities and the dues will most likely increase.
Mike, how ya? I been watching a few of your videos. Awesome work bro, good information given. I forget which area you spoke about, a 10 acre Sports Complex being built. Were it Lake Elsinore, Menifee or.... Please remind me
No HOA please
Hills have Eyes😁😁😁😳😳😳😳😳
California real estate is growing because of Bay Area boom in technology especially
Lake Elsinore is nice community, hotter than Temecula, and more affordable, I think.
HOA never!! No grass 200k tops
the weather sucks there, it's triple digits throughout the year and the winter is cold af
Smart sales tactics
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal where is the cheapest place to get a house near San Bernardino, riverside areas right now? Is it hemmet? San jacinto? Beaumount? Anywhere that’s not the high desert
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal I would say resale unless there is an area where newer houses are more affordable! I have a house in San Bernardino I would be selling to move into another home ! 🏠 trying to keep low monthly payments
@@johndiaz2853 I think there are a ton of variables. Feel free to call me when you can and I can do some deeper digging for you!

It gets hot here it's not unusual to be 100 degrees or more, most of the dummer.
Nice Homes. However, The market is insane. Even the interest rate is outrageous. I guess you can target the top 1%. Plus, the HOA and Property Taxes. Real Estate Bust is coming.
The only bad thing about these new houses is the HOA.
686K for a house in Lake Elsinore not worth it !
That's not including the lot premium, upgrades like flooring/ kitchen and solar.
pocket doors !!
If anybody has half a brain out there, don’t dare move to Lake smell some more…
This place is crime central…
On top of that no poorly built track home is worth the crazy money they ask for them…
Instead of leaving for another state this might be an option however it's like everywhere else when people get wind of it all goes to shit, overcrowding traffic crime homeless trash..
Hopefully we have 10-15 years before that happens lol... I think a lot of the people buying out this way are either retired and winding down OR growing families who want more space and a nice place to raise their kids.
Music gets anoying. Sorry 😂
Sorry 😂😂 ... Sometimes it's louder when the editors send to me and I have them lower ti
Isn't that lake drying up?
No thanks... Hate HOA. What's the point of owning a dream house when you can't do anything.
MY Relative in LOS ANGELES “Please don’t flush the toilet paper” oh SORRY AUNTY I forgot your 2 million dollar home was filmed in LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE😂
Tell everyone how boring it is to live there. You have to drive to either san diego or LA to work and deal with the traffic! Just to say you own a home NO THANKS!
I think it being considered boring is subjective. Yes, if you're looking for nightlife, probably not the spot 😂😂 ... if you have kids who are active and play sports AND/OR want a slower pace of life, it's a great spot!
I agree.... I would never be able to make that sort of commute, but I know people who do 🤦🏻♂️
I still expensive and a lot of rules 😂
I forget if it's an on-site or off-site HOA. If it's off-site, your pretty much good unless a neighbor complains about you doing something crazy!
Nice community but I stay away anything with HOA.
IN THE I.E At least WE Can Flush our Toilet Paper 🧻 🚽😂
There is nothing out there!
Desert inland empire , Goodluck to anyone who decides to buy in the area. Food for thought is more people but the police budget remains the same or less. Not enough police to keep the peace.
😅😅😅😅 I know builders PULTE IS IN VEGAS WHERE THERE ALOT….with in walking distance. Only in perfect weather. 😅
The houses are huge spacious good priced but why don’t Pulte Building these size homes and land outdoors inland San Diego city… we have communities we live in paying higher for less… demand is a witch…😮
I was actually watching the video until you said HOA
Having to pay HOA Is not your home!!!!! It's like a condo! ,
I like how uniform it can make the neighborhoods. Yes, it can suck at times though!
NO PRICES GIVEN, NO INTEREST
Not sure if you watched through, but I give the price of every house, so not sure what you’re talking about 🤔🤣
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal Finding the split moment when you give the price is like looking for a needle in a haystack, I would state the price at the beginning of every house, but I am not telling you what to do, I have a 1 million dollars in cash cuz I sol 2 properties and ready to buy a house, but the way the price is always in the closet until any given moment was discouraging
@@LivingSomewhereInSoCal Plus you have people very antsy sitting on the edge of a seat waiting for the price to finally leave the closet
@@alexshatner3907 I literally do that 😂 I give the price with the specs of the house right in front of the house before I even walk in.
That’s just the recap. I give the price twice for each house. Once before I walk in and once right before leaving and moving onto the next one.
First.. why live in the desert if you live in OC or a more climate friendly area.. the desert sucks. There’s a reason why in your video there’s no grass it’s hotter than hell and then it gets cold and it’s also windy. It’s a miserable place to live ain’t worth it would never do it and I don’t suggest anybody else doing it either.
Plopping, nice big houses down in the middle of the desert and a godforsaken area just to save some money doesn’t do justice for the low quality of life. You have to endure by living in this hell environment would never do it.
BETTER than buying an old house from 1930 with roaches 🪳 inside & 400 square feet for 1 million 😂 in LOS ANGELES, SAN DIEGO, n Orange County 😂😂
I remember when Temecula had the Claim Jumper Restaurant and a Rock 🪨🤣🤣,, now they’re advertising that their new development is near BFE Temecula 🤣🤣 BUM F EGYPT 🙀
a lot of people like that lifestyle feeling far away from the city
Why not make smaller, more affordable homes? I've worked hard my entire life and still cannot afford my own home.
you do not want to live lake Elsinore. To anyone who is thinking about it
I think it just depends what you're looking for as far as lifestyle. It's not for everyone, but there are some pros
Tiny B-rooms
Beware HOA waste of money .
700,000 in LE 😂
No one wants to live in Elsinore, it's one of the armpits of the greater Riverside area, go a bit north to Corona which is considerably better living,
I find that most people I go out with do like Corona better, but budget is the determining factor. Cheaper in the cities further south
Lake Elsinore is an ugly city there’s is nothing to do. Lots of dirt roads that look like TJ
Just like almost any city, there are good parts and not so good parts lol. Where they're building these new communities, there are usually plans to keep things nice!
😂 My pops always said lake Elsinore is tweker vile 😂 and that was in the 90s 😂
BETTER than buying a old house from 1930 with roaches 🪳 inside for 1 million 😂
ONLY here because my friend was asking my opinion 😂 I HAVE my own 5 acres with custom home Paid off! I’m only 40 years old!! ALL U MOFOS ON HERE WISH U COULD BUY THESE homes.
HOA bad news
not necessarily... I live in an HOA community and love it (other than the people on a power trip at the pool lol)
No pool that’s so lame especially living in a hot weather town like lake gettoh atleast build pools acting broke on a budget can’t forget the 🏊 pool 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
They actually do have a pool
I learned that the 2nd time I was there
Only a 2 car garage!... No thanks
HOA👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
no thanks, thats not a place to spend your money in lmao
we'll see... I think home values are going to go crazy out here. The IE is one of the top relocation markets in the US. Home prices in TX have skyrocketed with a ton of people from SoCal and other more affluent areas going there and "overpaying" for homes because it's way cheaper than where they came from. People moving to the IE from the bigger SoCal counties see how much house they're getting for 1/2 the price an hour or 2 away!
No thank you! The IE sucks! There’s nothing to do out there. Your only options are Chili’s to eat or the movies. 😩🤣👎🏾 I’d rather live in the ghetto areas of L.A. at least I’m only 5 minutes from the beach!!!
Ewwww I wouldn’t live in LOS ANGELES if they fuknnnnn gave me a free House 😂😂😂😂 At least I’m not going to ROBBED N KILLEDDDD while I’m buying groceries
BETTER than buying a old house from 1930 with roaches 🪳 inside and 400 sq feet for 1 million 😂and I must not flush Toilet paper 🧻 down the toilet or god help us 😂
I forgot to you Restaurants are street vendors don’t trip homeboy they have a taco 🌮 vendor in every corner 😂 in the IE 👏🏻
I can't see myself in a home without high ceilings and plenty of windows. I'll never understand why builders keep building boxed homes🤢🤮
