We use sights sounds, smells, and touch to maximize the calm in our lives. Sleep Triggers is a place for those seeking serenity, peaceful mind, reduced anxiety and yes, better sleep. You’ll find nature landscape and relaxing sleep scenes developed for calming anxiety, falling asleep fast, or to use as study music. Relaxing white noise is a daily part of our existence, but white noise doesn't mean basic. Many of our videos are full of depth and personality.

Let's sleep on the floor, calming water sounds moving through pipes 💧
Trigger sleep or relaxation with these calming sounds of water moving through the pipes beneath the floor. These super soothing sounds come from something a subscriber shared with us a while back. We love when our community of calm members share those nostalgic, calming memories with us. 😌 As the scene fades in you'll hear my voice for a few short seconds, then you'll notice the sound of moving water, muffled with a slight metallic tone. There's a subdued tone of a basement, the soft tone of a water heater and the sound of a vintage boiler, keeping a vast reservoir of water warm and ready for your use. This is our favorite type of sleep or study music. 🎵
