me personally I have someone lead and be very aggressive by blocking others and ramming them while one overtakes then we repeat and I mostly do this in rental karting and sim racing

Awesome breakdown. I just bought my son a MT Helmet for £40.00 - I wasnt sure what I might receive for that price, but it arrived yesterday and it is incredible value for money. Hard to believe it only cost 40 quid! Also, what about neck braces? With my son being so young a neck brace was one of the first things we bought, to distribute the weight of a helmet evenly across his shoulders, as well as to absorb any impacts.. and rib protector too, surely a rib protector is more essential than the right boots, which are more about performance?

I work at a go kart track. its amazing how many people think not pressing the brake is faster. Its counterintuitive but the better you are at slowing down, the faster you’ll go.

Another technique is "indexing the corners". That is where you analyze your performance on a corner or turn sequence basis, not on lap times. This helps you drill down into places you can improve.

Sorry, this sounds more like trail braking vs threshold. Threshold is a pressure point that is maximized right before lock up or abs. Trail brake is letting off the brake the more you turn in, the same concept as accelerator application but in reverse
