Do you have to read number plate before hgv test I believe you don't due to having medical?
My instructor taught me not ever step on white line by anychance

Thanks to this guy for showing how to replace the blade... However, I wish I'd bought a different model. The Rapid 2200 really struggles to do a decent job. I have a large also shredder which I use for twigs and branches which does a perfect job, but this Bosch model is the biggest waste of money.

Guys I need can you all givne me right idae what she’ll I do I’m car driver pass all my 3 Teroys went to top heart paid £2900 book class one taring .they took me for drive first on class to laide with on tha keeps saying me watch trees water gatring carbs lins end of 4 hours she bad drive ok next they takes me to class on some old airport do reservering taring I try first for class couldn’t do try few time can’t but now they said to I sould go for class 2 first pass that first driver for few year then think of that.and I allready paid £2900 they won’t given me money and all my friends saying to go classs one .so guys please please given me right idea what is best for please guys reply me back thank you ..harj

@@Icemanr85 I passed on 11th of May at second attempt somehow but regarding first attempt because everything till then was going to smooth so that when I failed my first exam I was devastated as fuck...suicidal thoughs pretty much and not looking toward life much. Now looking back I can say that amount of pressure I put on my self by paying for my self and wanting to pass first time etc completly dragged me down. My advice is to try to set yourself in a right mind, take documents with you and no matter what will happen during that test (and will happen as I experienced some crazy stuff) Do not give up but drive till you back end center and you hear "this is end of the exam" Sorry that I can not be more helpful than that.

Still fantastic video regardless of fact it is years old. Hope that knowledge would help me during my CE exam. Would be nice if new video showed or explain what exactly you seeing in those bottom mirrors.

Nice video, especially the show of the dashboard, thank you. But, in my opinion, maybe it's a good idea before opening the driver's door to mention the safety precaution - checking oncoming traffic from both directions if you are on the road or some objects which can prevent opening the door safely if you are on the parking bay, and remind that the door must be open fully. Also, before switching the ignition on to mention check the handbrake and neutral gear. Although with these additions, this tutorial video would be perfect. Anyway, maybe I am not right.

This is good video fair play! Out out date now! But manufacturers have failed everyone, still far too many blind spots on the trucks and remember the DRIVER ALWAYS GETS THE BLAME, not pedestrians not cyclists, not Offfice staff. Truck drivers need to Look after number 1, if the road is unstable , unsuitable or unsafe then DON,T DELIVER simple.

Thanks for this comment, the hole idea of the video was to help the trainee understand the views from different angles. To help them see the way the trailer moves in the mirrors. The reason for no sound explaining things is so the trainee doesn't get confused with instructions given by their own HGV provider. Once again thank you for your comment which has been taken on-board.

129 Double white lines where the line nearest you is solid. This means you Must Not cross or straddle it unless it is safe and you need to enter adjoining premises or a side road. You may cross the line if necessary, provided the road is clear, to pass a stationary vehicle, or overtake a pedal cycle, horse or road maintenance vehicle, if they are travelling at 10 mph (16 km/h) or less. Laws RTA 1988 sect 36 & TSRGD regs 10 & 26
I don't know why but the bolt for the safety cover has a plastic blank which is stopping the switch from working.
To stop fools starting the motor while the blades are exposed !

Soooo .... why new blade? What's wrong with sharpening the dull one?
The Reason I showed replacement to new blade was due my old blade had been damage and bent, there unsafe for just sharpening. blades can be sharpened but should be inspected for any defects making them unsafe for use before the old blade is reinstated. the removal and reinstallation procedure is the same. NEVER USE DEFECTIVE OR UNSAFE PARTS OR EQUIPMENT.
@@bluetrianglehgvtraining9700 Thanks. That blade is pretty thick, you shoul drive a truck over it to bend it. Anyway, with new blade being over $25, and considering how fast it dulls, it is just not worth buying new blades over and over again. I just bought the whole shredder for the cost of 6 new blades. I am also getting electric wet grinder, with 8 inches grinding wheel, for under $100. That's how I plan to sharpen the blade effortlesly
