Why don’t companies just lease the batteries? Problem solved
Your vlog link is down. Your amazon link goes to the older 'air spring drive' model N1804DA (kit) which says 4.4Lbs and costs $250. The amazon page for your review of 'mechanical spring drive' model N1804DB (kit) says 10.28 pounds which is false per metabo's own website saying it's 5.7 lbs pounds and costs $170. They both appear to fire the exact same range of 18ga staples which have a crown of 1/4'' The designation 'narrow crown' is extremely confusing. All the listings for the N1804DB use narrow crown presumably to mean '1/4'' crown'. Farther investigation revealed that some building related websites use 'narrow crown' to include up to 1/2''... Does this gun accept wider 'narrow crowns'? And what do you think of the price difference? Does the brushless motor mean it will last longer? Imagine if AI was actually useful. This would have taken seconds instead of nearly an hour of research.
all I want is for them to redo the 23 gauge
Jezuzf@cking Christ you like to talk without saying anything relevant. Brutal. Just f@cking brutal to try and garner information from.
I just bought one I absolutely love it would never go back to a gas mower. Mine works fantastic
Great blades, thanks for the recommendation! Been running them since
I have two of these, they’re expensive but they’re not junk, they’re solid and reliable.
Thanks for a good review of an important product. Some added thoughts: 1. On 30Jul2024, the Amazon price was $166. 2. Increase stability by bolting the base onto a steel plate. I say steel because it can be much thinner than a wooden board, yet much stronger. If the plate is long enough, one foot can step on the plate while another foot steps on the lever to raise the object. 3. Likewise, a steel plate can be bolted onto the riser, making for a deeper entry below the object to be lifted. 4. If the steel plates have either slots or multiple tapped holes, the degree to which the bottom plate and riser plate extend under the object to be moved can be different. One of the shortcomings mentioned in the video can thereby be overcome. 5. Dewalt should offer such extension plates as an extra-cost accessory. They'd be easy and inexpensive to manufacture, and make the base product that much more attractive.
When adding weatherstripping like this, don’t store the cooler with it compressed. Close but don’t latch. So it won’t compression set.
How much is this weight?
Let's see how you lift that fridge when it's between cabinets.
Viking made the first set and did them in the finest quality. They are high priced over $300.00 each in Canada. Their ability to lift is exceptional over 150lbs and more! China produces a plethora of fake cheap knock offs that only lift minor things. DeWalt and Irwin finally have produced lower priced and similar capable lift to Viking. In Canada DeWalt costs $169.00 each so l got one for now.
Great video! Any chance you’ll test the festool
I hate the light and laser on that thing. Also our saw's sliding rails got covered in a bit of rust while it sat unused in a barn for a few months. Definitely unimpressed.
It’s hard to justify $160 CAD for that. I wish it was was much cheaper, seems overpriced for what it is, don’t get me wrong it looks great and I would love to have one.
DeWalt/Irwin are not the fist to market of these types of Jack/lifts
Viking Arm is a beast, I use them to set led lined doors, those dewalts look interesting.
viking arms?
I had a popup in there that mentioned, the first marketed towards general construction but doesn't look like got rendered.
"There are lifters and jacks that existed before these came to market but these were the first ones marketed towards construction and heavy lifting." Viking Arm was the first and they're currently in a patent lawsuit against Stanley Black and Decker. It will be interesting to see who wins. The Viking Arm is about twice the price but the Viking Arm is made in Norway vs. the Irwin/Stanley/DeWalts are made in China.
true i had that in there, but doesnt look like it rendered.
Damn cool tool.👍
Tenho problema cordernacao. Motora. Pra mim é dificultoso manusear uma máquina dessa. Corte do lado dereito.. Até então até pra visualizar o trageto do corte fica mais fácil. Não sei porque os fabricantes insistem em fábrica. Pode vê. Não apresentação. Dos comerciais. Vc vê a dificuldade. Por os fabricantes não. Fabrica máquinas como essa. Com o CORTE DO LADO ESQUERDO.?!
Electric trimmers batteries run down too fast and the batteries prices are not worth the price.
It's lawn equipment. I expect vibration. All I care about is that it functions properly and has gas powered quality. Nothing I have tried has been better than my echo gas powered.
Safety bar issue. Recall. Get a new one sent your way call Milwaukee
Milwaukee has a chart for optimal/recommended size for various sized SDS drills, basically 1/2 of max size is ideal, and 1/2" for this power level is below recommended range. Too much power for 1/2" bit basically.
Stop saying long story short , you said it to much
yo man. this thing is a beast. I use it all the time to drive ground rods
YO LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
You actually explained how to install the new trimmer head. Well done!
Very good drill, powerful i may add. Great detailed video as always. Much respect
I have this drill and it is a beast. So much power and impact energy. Great detailed video as always, sir. Much Respect
Thank you for reviewing this tool. Ive been waiting FOREVER for someone to do a good review on this tool!
The Milwaukee fan boys won't like this outcome
I have the same model and have used it for more than 5 years with ZERO feed issues. Your infeed and out feed technique and process is way incorrect. You need rollers at the correct height on both sides to ensure the material does not angle upwards or downwards as.it travels through the planer. I suspect that is what caused the roller issue. My largest job was over 2500 board feet of 2 x 6 x 16 material. I had rollers placed so the material was FLAT and in the same plane as the cutting surface (inside the planer itself). One of the weaknesses of this planer is the light aluminum infeed and out feed ramps. They are adjustable which helps but they could have been made out of stronger material. In their defiance, this is a bench top planer and is designed to be stored and moved around the work space. It is unfair to ridgid and your followers to give an opinion when your experience and knowledge is not sufficient to actually operate the planer. You did a disservice to everyone with your lack of knowledge in woodworking.
Do we know how many joules this one outputs? Thanks!
How does the anti kick back work? Can it be engaged with no load?
Magic wrench way better for this situation
I've had nothing but problems with the EB3A. The thing discharges itself spontaneously while not even plugged in to anything, it only charges part way, and it doesn't display accurate charge level. This model has been discontinued for a reason. Avoid.
You prob got a shit box
a close-up of how the aftermarket looks/installed would be helpful
Does anyone have the issue with the wheels keep falling off? Mine does.
Why not charge EB3A with 20 volt DeWalt and it will charge faster? KB1UKU
I have a milwaukee battery string trimmer works great. But i got honda gas mower
i need 1
The power switch is loose and it causes mower to shut off.
