Rather than evacuating the dust faster I think what's happening is the bit had more surface area to break the concrete per blow. Typically this means 4 cutters would drill a little slower as the impact is more spread out, but this drill hits so hard it's just smashing the entire face of the hole away. Either way, good catch I haven't observed this in any of my testing before
