How to repair the brake caliper from Renault Megan
In this video, we show you how to repair a brake caliper and use the MS301 diagnostic test bench in the process.
We are repairing a brake caliper from Renault Megane II 03-09 RA01102.
We can see how to disassemble the brake caliper and prepare it for the diagnostic process on the diagnostic test bench;
During the diagnostic process, we saw that the caliper does not hold pressure.
We disassembled the caliper, pulled out the piston, and saw that the pressure was not holding because of a damaged piston ring seal.
We removed the seal, disassembled the caliper completely and cleaned it.
We reassembled the caliper, installing a new repair kit.
We checked the brake caliper again on the MS301 test bench and made sure it was in good condition.
The diagnostic procedure allows you to check the caliper's operation without installing it on the car.
We offer not only to purchase the diagnostic test bench itself, but also to take a training course on brake caliper repair and diagnostics.

Hi, in a soh test of the lithium battery starting from its minimum point of 3.5v up to 4.1 and seeing how many amps the battery inputs, would it be a good test, taking into account what the BMS restricts in this voltage range?
We test the full battery capacity, i.e. from 0% SOC to 100% SOC. This we consider to be a normal test.
What is that fixing fluid before inserting back the sensor? Is it glue or adhesive type?

Whats the tool for 4 pin nut
Hi. Super video thank you. I have a noisy steering rack from audi a7 without Dynamic steering, they have 2,9 rotations. I found a donor but this is with Dynamic steering. Can i put my steering shaft with Torque sensor and with control module to donor hausing? It will works perfectly?
I believe this is what’s causing my black screen issue after the hard and soft reset didn’t help even swapped a new touchscreen. Still gave me the black screen. Car still drives and does most car like functions. I can’t see my charge on the app.
