We present to you our testers for diagnostics of battery hybrid and electric vehicles for 12 and 36 galvanically isolated channels.
They have a robust housing that is easy to transport and maintain.
Testers perform tasks:
Diagnose high-voltage battery modules by determining their capacity;
Charges series-connected battery cells that have become unbalanced over time;
Prepares the battery for installation on the car by balancing the voltage of all
modules;
Prepares the modules for storage by charging them to a certain level;
Provides simultaneous testing (balancing) of up to 36 or 12modules.
During the diagnosis process, the tester monitors the temperature of each module by using a temperature sensor in each diagnostic cable. If the temperature of any module exceeds the permissible value, the tester stops the charging of that module. This provides additional safety during the diagnostic process and reduces the likelihood of module damage.
