Steering rack test of the Skoda Octavia.

In this video we have tested the hydraulic rack MSG AU209 on the bench MS502, the rack is installed on the mechanism MS521 for testing under load, which simulates the load when turning the wheels of the car. After simulating the load we have defined that there are no leaks in the distributor, the condition of the central seal of the hydraulic cylinder is normal, the body in the middle part of the hydraulic cylinder is also not worn. From this, we can conclude that the unit is fully serviceable and ready for use on the vehicle.
