First match was so frustrating to watch. This deck (and any deck which uses the graveyard as a major resource) is so much fun to see piloted, but the graveyard hate in the format is miserable. I think it's especially frustrating as someone who came into Magic through limited, where stuff like that just doesn't really happen (especially in cubes curated by people who know how to minimize bad playing experiences) and you get a good opportunity to implement your deck's strategy with a better chance to win each match. It puts me off playing constructed a lot of the time, because I don't want to play the meta decks which are most likely to win - I want to play the ones I find fun without them getting utterly hosed by sideboard cards. Really appreciate the content and you powering through the rough matches, though! <3

Why not play siege smash? It’s a great way to get rid of relics and spellbombs without allowing the opponent to pop it

This deck is so sick. I'm going to build it. I found my old Tempest forests and some old Priest of Titania I had when I was a kid I'll use. I think I'll main deck a Dispel instead of the Nettle Sentinel or Masked Vandal though. I think having one in the main deck could be rather crucial in a lot of games. At least in my playgroup hehe.

At 1:10:14 could you have saved your Vanguard from Thraben Charm by pumping it with Timberwartch Elf? Edit: forgot that Timberwartch isn't "creature you control" Nevermind! Gonna go put Standard Bearer back into my WW sideboard! lol

Elves are back! I will tweak my paper version based on this list. Have you tried putting Evolution Witness? Can it work with the current removal meta nowadays?

Masked vandal is a shapeshifter, so he is also a flagbearer. You can use it as a target for timberwatch and to get rid of journeys

I really like the replay format, it's faster but with no loss of any of your comments : why you play this or that, the mistakes you realized, etc. I see how you split prizes in a real-life tourney, but how do you do that in mtgo ? 🤔

How do you feel about tortex as a one of in that deck? Attack with snacker, ninjitsu and then discard the snacker to get back another ninja? (I call it teenage mutant ninja tortex)

Excellent result! Nice to see white weenie established as a solid tier 1 deck at last! It was my pauper deck of choice 13 years ago and never saw so much play until now. It gained a lot of power lately from cutting hawks/journeys and adding charms. The deck is already very stable and strong, but also open for further improvement, adjustment and innovation. WW mirrors are still one of the most miserable things in mtg though =(

I feel like 1 or 2 Blood Fountains can make their way into this list. Otherwise, really cool deck. Has potential for sure.

why not lorrien reveled to fix with contamined aquifer? and blood fountein to improve affnity, discard the snacker and return some creatures

Is there a reason to run aquifer over the ping land or life gain land when we don't have land cyclers?

I'm also testing a similar brew in my local (paper) pauper league, I was calling it fada faca on moxfield, Born out of trying to fit snacker on dimir fae, I was angry that a new cool faerie didn't fit my faerie deck lol.

I'm Mortified this rough draft is getting spotlighted, but glad to get the deck out there. Thank you! this is already Much different than how i'd build, but the deck is silly powerful. i'll comment more when i get a chance to watch tonight.

Match one was hard to watch. Good games regardless.

I've played a similar deck but more affinity-centric, no ravens or ginger brutes, no pierces, instead 3x blood fountain (very strong here), more disputes, metallic rebuke and enforcers, the deck felt extremely powerful in tempo plays with the capacity to grind long term if needed, really enjoyed it.

I've been testing a similar deck, so glad to see others messing around with it!
