The idea of this routine is to reset the body to restore alignment, reinforce activation of key muscle groups following use of the body and initiate the recovery process.     iFit with Tommy had been a great help .... I was obese with 230 lbs. .. I lost about 60 pounds running on my treadmill with iFit ( Tommy Rivs & Casey Gilbert ) I already finished all the workout from both runners.. but continue working out with iFit. Everything is possible... just put your mind into it. Thanks guys and iFit 😀

    Im running my first half marathon tomorrow after training with Tommy on iFit for the last 4 months. He doesn’t know me from Adam but I feel like I’ve been training with a life long friend. I wish him all the best in his healing journey and I’ll be raging on in his honor tomorrow.

    I ran for 40 years and generally avoided treadmills, but they can be amazing tools for all the reasons you suggested. I took almost 2 years off running due to injury and arthritis, but I kept hiking for fitness without the impact. In December 2020 I got back into running when I bought a treadmill and discovered your brother Tommy coaching the Iberian running series. It was humbling to start running again as a beginner, but I knew that’s what I needed to do to get back at it successfully. Now I’ve been running for over 2 months totally injury and pain free. If you could provide a link to where I could get a “Run with Rivs” shirt I would like to buy one. I have read about his recent health struggles and I’m inspired by his fight and courage. Through his training videos he has helped me get a really important part of my life back. Thanks to both of you for the work you do in the running community. The film “Brothers” was so inspiring. All the best.

    At ~10:00 when Tommy is talking, you can tell all he wants to do is watch the sunrise. You can almost see the way it was energizing him and calming him as he spoke. Such a beautiful human.
