I wanna make a case for Flygon. Because it would've been stupid for a winged creature with the word FLY in its name to not be airborne, Trapinch loses all 3 of its abilities for Levitate upon evolution, but that never really sat right with me so I'd like to propose some tweaks for Flygon's case: Levitate, Sand Stream and Compound Eyes (these are picks based on its physical characteristics over meta)

gen 8-9 anything goes player here, i think ubers is probably the healthier choice. most people play because its like a less strict ubers, not to abuse fringe abilities and moves too stall or cheese games forever

Basically there is no reason to play BDSP when DPPt is around 90% the same as it. Unlike the Gen 1-3 remakes, most of the non-gimmick battle mechanics are already there and stuff that was changed wasn’t that significant in the grand scheme of things. I suppose Fairy type being the only exception but clearly it still wasn’t enough.
