Is your wheel shaky and hard to turn? Your bearings are likely exploded in your headset. The upgrade to this is a sealed bearing! I have thousands of miles with this particular one with these particular spacers. There are a few other headsets that can work and are said to be better by others.

does the woostar controller need an on off switch or can i just have everything plugged in without it
Hey I have a 36v 800 watt controller and does anyone know how to wire my on/off switch and the pedal
Need a tuning video have you got one?
What’s the speed with a 36v battery?
@@SamJulius-sy8nw budget kit top speed on 36v is around 25mph 👍
Sweet I want to get a 48v but I feel like it’s to expensive I think I’m gonna go with a taxi garage battery unless there’s a more budget friendly option.

@@chargedup6565 thanks but I have one question I’m new to large battery’s such as this one and am more used to small battery like fpv drones is this safe to charge and store
Also thanks for all the help
Could you please tell me where the 4th port is please ! As my creality Pad cannot find my port ! MCU cant find ! Klipper is searching etc etc And could you go over this again and make a video please , Ive reached out to creality and sovol ! Nothing !! And as you can see Im not alone with this problem .And please reply to this request as the companies that produce them dont get back to us . I live in hope .
No yes bad setings read manual user no
Could you please make a longer more detailed version of this video for the budget kit? Im struggling to find other people installing the kit. Can't wait for mine to come, thank you again!
Currently working on it!
Feel free to message me on Facebook with any questions though!
Link for the headset bro pls
Im saving up to buy the brushless kit when its back in stock! Cant wait!
This is levelling the gantry, not the bed
Good thing the video isn’t titled bed leveling, if we want to get technical it’s actually tramming not leveling…
What speed controller you are using for VESC?
hey brother when will the razor kit be coming back out because I want to set up my MX350

This can also be fixed by installing Marlin firmware which was x-axis twist compensation. The trouble is that the probe is offset in y from the nozzle so a twisted x-axis will cause the probe z-offset to change along the x-axis.
X twist compensation only works for dual z drivers. I’ve printed over 60kg on kipper no issues 👍
You left out the most important instructions! function 1 Battery type number of cells etc....
We don’t use function 1, instead we pick the start and end voltage. Achieving the same thing but more accurate 👍
Track goes crazy
Sadly it recently got taken over by tweakers :(
is there anyway to do it via external switch using wires?
Is it waterproof ?
We're can I get a kit?
chargedup3d.com/products/copy-brushless-v2-5-kit
is this also the same as the budget build?
How do i manually level the bed print or y-axis? Your video is helpful but I think you only showed how to level the x-axis so if I could just level the y-axis then I could print something.
its skibidi slicers
How much of a speed difference is there between sv06 with klipper vs sv07 ? Not the maximum speed, the average speeds.
This is an excellent video; answered my exact problem concisely. Thanks!
I have a 48 volt yamaha cart. Do I set up the meter using P48? For 6 lead acid 8 volt batteries in series for 48 volt?
Hi i have a vevor 1800w motor with flipsky 75100 and a e bike throttle with 72v but it cutoff and the throttle not working well can you help me please
Awesome video! I replaced my gear drive and motors upgraded from 6389 to 63100's on my Lacroix electric skateboard. Now my charger does not charge the board. It shows green as in charged when I try to charge but its not charging. Any ideas if there is a vesc tool setting or something I did wrong? Preesh!!!!!
Do you have a diagram or video of where to wire the throttle into. And my motor doesn’t have a white wire on the hall. Where to you wire the white cable too
hi... I wanted to mount vesc 75200 on my bike but I can't understand how to connect the brakes... have you connected them to the esc?
Epic riding! I bet everyone wanted one of your brushless motors after that.
I didn’t even have the brushless yet!!
Seems like you used the safe home position from the SV06, so it does not home in the center of the larger SV06 plus's print bed. You have this in your printer.cfg: [safe_z_home] home_xy_position: 85,135, should be something like 150,150 minus the sensor X offset and plus the Y offset (something like -28 + 20, or home_xy_position: 122,170. You want the probe over the center attachment bolt on the print bed. Also you have set a 10x10 bed mesh (100 points), this is perhaps too much, takes a long time to complete, and is a lot of work for the SonicPad to process during printing the first layers until layer fade is complete. I have good success with 7x7 bed mesh (49 points) [bed_mesh] probe_count = 7,7 instead of [bed_mesh] probe_count = 10
Can I ask what speed controller you opt for ?
Your printer.cfg edit was wrong (and you didn't specify what file you edited).
Where is USB #4?
Did you get an answer ?
@@beemergb Never did, sorry. I ended up giving away my SV06 and Sonic pad to my nephew, making it his problem now.
Hey man do you have the controller link by any chances?
Can i use your firmware with my Klipper install on PC instead of Sonic pad?
hi, I did as you said and everything works except the brake, I replaced the 2-wire brake contactor with a 3-wire one, I connected the + accelerator and + brake to 3.3v, then the - accelerator and - brake on Gnd, and the accelerator signal on adc1 and the brake signal on adc2. the accelerator works however when I brake with the brake handle the master controller turns off and when I release the brake the master controller comes back on why? (the controllers can be slave when it remains on. everything is connected to the master controller)
Make sure you don’t have throttle kill switch mode activated! Also try turning down the brake max amps and see if you get a change
@@chargedup6565 I had to increase the input voltage to 95v and update the firmware to high-voltage HV and it works
What’s your insta?
So you already have SOVOL models in your SONIC PAD? where can i find them to install into my SONIC PAD?
Just use the probe light. Don’t need to scratch the pei sheet
What color is this?
Please help. I followed this and it worked except the printer has no idea where it is. Keeps loosing its home position and then ramming the plate or smashing of the side
I have a 60v battery from Onyx CTY2 for My B1 will this controller work with that battery it has a 60a continuous and 100a peak?
Thanks for the config file that ACTUALLY works with the Sonic Pad! One issue I found is that the Y axis has a little too much travel when moving to the far extent of the hotbed travel, it rams into the back of the frame and the steppers grind for a second (almost like adjusting the Z carriage).. So that may need a little edit in the configuration file. But other than that. AWESOME and thank you!
I just did this and I get full throttle on the motor with only about 20% of the pedal pressed. Any ideas?
Me too any solution
Hey been watching this video my controller isn't working thought the throttle was bad, so I changed it got brand new one. I have a woostar 48v 1000w brushed controller. I am running to 20volt batteries to make 40volts the batteries will run the motor without controller when I power up the scooter I get 4.2 volts out of red wire nothing from green wire and the red indicator wire has 40. Volts. Plz help
Hey so I just got the same problem. I measured total battery voltage and it was 36v. I plugged the charger into the batteries and measured 42.6v and the controller suddenly worked. 40v is below the low power cut off (to preserve battery life) I'm guessing.
Nice setup !
what motor are you running ?
Thanks for this video. A life saver. I was super confused on how to handle the 6 pin accelerator pedal connector with the 3 pin controller. But for the switch, what type of connector is that. I need to buy one but don’t know what it’s called 😢
