Hello, I was only 1 year old at this time, so I don't have any first hand knowledge but I have seen documentaries on this series and how most Canadians were embarrassed at our level of play. To be fair, I played that style of hockey "old time hockey" per slapshot ha ha. There was a lot of hooking, clutching and grabbing back in the day. We were no way ready for Russia's speed and precision. Hockey really changed with the introduction of the Europeans and Russians for sure. Does make for more of an entertaining game.

1) Hewitt was 70 years old 2) It was his first TV Play By Play in 14 years 3) He really struggled with Cournoyer's name. He took some lessons and had the Roadrunner's name down pat in later games. 4) Danny Gallivan should have been the play by play man. There was controversy at the time about this as Gallivan is now seen as the best of all time, but it was not the opinion in 1972. 5) Foster got better as the series went on, just like the Canadian team. They were in horrible shape in game 1, also they had to learn to play as a team. But by the last 3 games in Moscow, they were in shape, they were TEAM Canada and the hockey was great. And it was as intense as no hockey before or since.

Hello arcane, I'm not a mechanic or anything, I found this and worked for me so I wanted to share. So I can't say for certain if it could or could not damage anything. I personally don't think it would, and I haven't had anyone comment that it made anything worse, but take that with a grain of salt. Hope that helps

@@BeerLeagueHockey I do appreciate the input. I tried it, but it didn't work for me. I did find another video that suggested almost exactly the same procedure, except for one part - at the very end, dude pulled the jumper out BEFORE turning the key off, then turned it off and back on to start it. And that video was specifically about my situation - an 09 Camry with a junkyard-replacement ECM. I haven't gotten around to trying it a second time though, and pulling the jumper while the key is still on. I had to yank the battery and throw it on an overnight charger because it was getting pretty low. Probably going to try again tomorrow. If that doesn't work, though, the car is going to have to go to a dealership... And that's just not in my budget right now. Really makes me wish I still had my first car - a 1978 Plymouth with no computer at all - not even a solid state ignition module. Mechanical distributor with vacuum advance, points, condenser and a ballast resistor. Easy to diagnose and cheap and easy to repair. Really starting to hate these newer cars.

This should work on any Toyota with an OBD II port, so your 17 Camry should be ok

Hi Peter, sorry I was away camping and had no cell service. It could have triggered something if they disconnected power to the truck for that. If the pump is delivering fuel and it's getting spark, I would try this. It happened on mine for a battery swap, so a no power thing could cause this

@@BeerLeagueHockey no problem, it’s been solved. The ig2 fuse had been moved to the wrong slot.

Is your car giving any codes or check engine light? Some auto parts places you can rent a scanner that will read that for you. I'd check your grounds as well, maybe something worked itself loose

Hi William, I noticed an improvement more on the highway MPG. I can usually hit around 19 consistently, this is using the Performance Tune (91 Octane). Nothing to write home about, but was better than the 17 I was getting prior.

Hi Colt, I didn't mess with data logging or the gauges too much. I don't recall anything odd though when I did load the gauges though. Their tech support was great, if you reach out to them. Very helpful to me when I had to call.

Ha ha no worries, I had that happen to me when I didn't strip the rubber coating on my paper clip back far enough. Are you using just a metal clip or one with a coating?

Hi Smitty, I wonder if you have a loose ground or battery terminal. Could explain the random stuff. The truck I had, didn't have a transponder in the key, is was a very basic model Tacoma, but would assume it flashes to match the computer after the reset. Sounds more like a wiring issue to me, electronics generally work or don't work, if you know what I mean. Hope that helps

Hello Jonvon, I've been using the Performance Tune since this video. I wouldn't say you'll see a huge fuel savings gain, however I can get close to 17 mph with a lot of highway driving. Think my last fill-up I was around 16.7 mpg. I typically don't get on the truck either, but I did notice a slight gain.

No worries! The biggest thing I like about the tune is changing the throttle and transmission to performance mode. Stock it always felt like you're dragging a piano behind you at the lights.

I ordered mine from SCTflash.com. It comes with a handful of preloaded tunes, you can add custom ones as well. Fuel economy, towing, performance and off-road if I remember correctly. Tech support was great, had a couple questions and issues that they helped me through, over the phone and through chat and email. Be sure to have a good battery charger on hand, had an old charger that caused some issues on my first flash

It says that you can adjust both of those, although I have never been able to get those menus to load for me.

Hi there, sorry I have never flushed that type of a system before. The filter in this video, is from my home; the only one I had tried cleaning.

with a DE filter he would have to backwash prob once a week then add DE and still have to take apart the filter and clean all the grids ...Cartridge filters are much easier to maintain...

Hi Alex, far as I know this worked on most Toyota based vehicles with an OBD II port. But your's does sound a little different. I'll check the interwebs and see if there is a different procedure for you

Hi Hamster, thanks for your post. I eventually went back to a conventional basket. The Skim-Around didn't fall apart or anything, I just wanted the connivence for removing and cleaning.

Never disassembled one until this one, luckily didn't have to mess with the float which I was worried about. My fault for not draining the tank though at the end of the season. Thanks for the comment!

Yes I just installed used ECU after someone cross cables and burn out fuses and I have no start condition just crank I put on program mode just waiting the 30 min and see if works or need check for something out of computer can be wiring harness bad

Update no still doesn't wants runs I just take out spark plugs and are black and fouled on gas I don't know guys I'm gonna try with starter fluid and see if the injectors problem that keep throwing gas and the sparks doesn't fire
